It made me feel really well about the due diligence before using any products that might cause an adverse reaction. I showed up a bit early since I didn't know where they were located. It is south of Baskin Robbin's and the signage makes it easy to find. As soon as you walk in, there's a relaxing atmosphere. It's very quiet. There's a small waiting area. The space, Evoque spa & wellness, is a shared suite between different beauty professionals offering a wide range of services. There's great information on all of that in the lobby. Helen was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She immediately made me feel at ease. She asked if I had gotten a facial before and if I had any concerns. The facial was so relaxing, I almost fell asleep. I lost count of how many steps there were in the treatment, but it included exfoliation, ice globes, a pulsing machine, and products with ingredients to rejuvenate the skin. My skin felt great! My lips had also been super dry and she made sure to address that. I felt so pampered, I ended up buying two gift cards for others. I told him to ease up and he called me a baby and laughed. He then scrubbed my feet for calluses. He rubbed so hard, he cut my heel open. I pointed it out and he told me to put Bicks on it. He painted my toes and they looked ok from afar. Closeup you could see all the spots that were missed and smudged. We started on my nails. The manicure itself was good. I asked for a specific shape and even showed a picture. It was nothing like I asked. I had to file them once I got home. Polish job was terrible. The polish didn't even go to the ends of my nails. Fast forward, my heel starts to hurt where it was scraped. I put ointment on it for several days. This morning, it's now 2 weeks, and I have an abcess that I had to open to release. I might be headed to the doctor for an antibiotic. Would I go back? Maybe. If I didn't get this guy again.

It now has ten rooms med offering a wide variety of medical, esthetic and relaxing services including: permanent makeup and jewelry, corrective skin care, facials, lashes, brows, head spa, waxing, body sculpting, lymphatic drainage, makeup, spray tanning, reflexology, stretching, and more! Each of the practitioners is an independent business owner operating inside the spa suites and have their own booking system. They work under the supervision of a medical director. There is limited seating in their waiting room. They have a no children policy to ensure a relaxing experience (unless getting services and accompanied by a parent).
