She was incredibly careful and conservative with her brows and somehow managed to make them look polished and beautiful while still looking completely like HER. Nothing was overdone, nothing was too thin, and nothing felt "grown up" or inappropriate for a teenager. It was exactly what I had hoped for. But what really made the experience special was Jenni herself. She is genuinely one of the sweetest, warmest, most personable people you could meet. She wasn't simply providing a service, she was caring for my daughter. She talked to her, reassured her, made her laugh, explained things to her, and treated her with so much kindness and patience. You can immediately tell that she cares deeply about the people sitting in her chair. There are people who are excellent at what they do, and then there are people who somehow make you feel lucky that you crossed paths with them. Jenni is both. There is a lot of parking, I was worried about being towed based on the signs but the girls said they don't give out tickets and I didn't get one so yay! Overall I was happy with my lashes.
