I have been going to this place for quite a few years for brows tint. This time around I finally decided to do powder brows - something that would supposedly last for a long time. Olga did an excellent job - a procedure itself was almost painless, I did not have any swelling or healing set backs afterwords, everything was nice and smooth. This place is simply the best. I went for a consultation with Olga the owner for the fibroblast tightening treatment for my forehead and between the eyebrows: as we get older and expression lines start to show more permanently on our skin. I do not want Botox or fillers ever so I wanted something more natural and this is why I opt for fibroblast. After my consultation ,I felt completely satisfied that she would be able to accomplish my goals for my overall appearance. I scheduled a appointment and came yesterday to perform the treatment: I must say at first I was nervous going through it all and the explaining of the process, but I eased those fears and jumped in the saddle. After all there has been so many positive reviews regarding this treatment. I laid down comfortable and she applied the numbing cream as well started the process with the fibroblast pen. Overall took about 50 mins for the treatment. After, I was done I must say I did look like Star Trek movie or horror film but was advised this would go away after 7-10 days and start noticing a differnence in my skin. I am excited to see the new me and can not wait to go in for the follow up chemical peel to reveal the real beauty beneath it all:. She has a medical background, plus she is super nice and approchable. If you have a chance request her! My favorite procedures are: Profession Peel - leaves you skin so smooth, and it rejuvenates the cells, it's a must try for glowing skin! Facial - I do them every month here, and normally let Ksenia advise me on what's best for my skin at the moment. Lash lift - one of my favorites!!! Yesterday I had Fibroblast done by Olga. The waiting area was clean and smelled delicious. Just the right scenery I needed to feel relaxed. Olga came out (I knew her because I had had a consultation prior) to greet me and take me to a private room. The room was immaculate and comfortable. First Olga took photos. Then when I laid down (again comfy) Olga made certain that I was numb. She had amazing patience. Took her time. Kept making certain that I was okay. When my procedure was finished Olga gave me instructions on how to take care step by step. And gave me a cream to apply. She made very that I had her cell number in case I had any questions. I was so disappointed... Ieft there feeling I got taken advantage of my money. Olga started 20 minutes late on me and I had a 30 minute hydro facial. $180 for 30 minutes? That is outrageous. Long behold, she has another client waiting for her right when I came out. She rushed through the whole thing and I felt as I was not appreciated for a first time client spending $200. I was a first time client and the person before me and after me were frequent clients of hers, so if you are thinking about going here for the first time, I would not!! I am not a huge fan of Face Haus down the street from this place but I would go there in a heart beat over here as they appreciate your time and money. read more
