I realize that I tried this treatment at my own risk. I reached out on two separate occasions to the Skin Agency to try to help me navigate a path forward, and they have not acknowledged me. I didn't ask for a refund. I asked for a consultation and a potential pivot to a different treatment that would be better suited for my skin. I was really disappointed to learn that The Skin Agency is not interested in helping me develop a skincare plan or navigate treatment plans moving forward. We have SO many options of med spas and treatments to try these days. I'm sure they wont miss me, but I personally don't care to invest in a company that's not interested in investing in me.

I was lucky to find information about Olga's salon on Facebook. I have had session of 10 massages for skin of my face. It was a great and unique service. This massage touches muscles very deep and every time after massage I felt as if my face had workout. I waited out front few minutes before and the store front and after because the door was locked. I understand being alone in a work situation similar to that in the past so was hoping someone to come out or call me at the number I provided to confirm I was waiting for an appointment. About 10 minutes after, a woman (**EDIT searched for their business in my email to find the persons name thanks to the owner's reply below and blaming/avoidance below to why they don't acknowledge customers being on time after their multiple reminders but they're not w a 1st appt of the day - her name is Evelyn) comes out and asks me why Im there and I said my name and the time of my appointment. She said okay but she was wondering why I was still waiting out front...? I told her I checked out the back but theres no sign or note in the email on what is preferred by them. She didnt say anything in response but showed me the beauty lounge and space I would be in. She was kind and laidback for the service which made me a bit more confused by the introductory conversation. She suggested to come out and try other services and staff and my skin definitely benefited and felt so much more refreshed, which I was grateful for. I recently went back to check if they still have the dermaplaning service which is now unfortunately removed, so I will be checking out other places for the time being.
