The professional response would have been to pause the removal and wait for HOA to address the issue on-site or even call the police to mediate and sort it out. Rather, these folks threatened to "F*#% up" homeowners (have that on video, btw) and taunted them as they continued to cut down the trees, even above the homeowners' heads. Awful.

Further, I have a mesquite tree outside an east-facing windows and -- gosh -- you would have thought that these folk never pruned a tree in their lives; they left many stubs that are unsightly. I wish I could ask for my money back. There has to be folks who know how to do their job. He was also rude after this and tried to demand to get paid before the job was even finished. He would not even walk with me for the final inspection of his work and insisted they were done with everything to my liking. I did the walk on my own and realized he forgot to grind a stump and he had some trash all over my back patio. They supposedly also sprayed for weeds which never happened since they did not die. Then they cut my irrigation system in my yard while doing the last bit of work. He said he'd be back the same night or the next morning to fix it. They came back and the system still wasn't fixed. He came back again when I wasn't home and supposedly fixed the issue. He has not responded to any of my messages since being paid. Weeds not dead. Water leak still unresolved from when they cut my irrigation system.
