We hired Valentin and his crew to remove three nearly dead mid-sized citrus trees and two massive mesquite stumps. He estimated the job would take about six hours, and we agreed on a fair price. The crew arrived on time and worked with professionalism and respect throughout the day. After six hours, there was still a significant amount left to do--but instead of cutting corners or renegotiating, they pushed through with intense, nonstop effort for a total of ten hours. The job was clearly underbid, yet Valentin honored the original price without hesitation. In truth, he could have charged several hundred dollars more for the amount of work they put in. Cleanup was immaculate--like no one had ever been here. We are beyond impressed with their integrity, work ethic, and results. Highly recommended! read more

Great yard work! Had several overgrown rose bushes, unkept lawn, weeds, old wooden barrels, overgrown vine that needed to be removed, overgrown shrubs and hedges. Valentin himself came out and walked the property with me and saw what I wanted done. He then sent me a quote a couple of days later for roughly $900. His team came out within a week and did a wonderful job with everything. They also checked my sprinklers for me. My yard looks crisp and cared for. They put in extra time to get the hedge and bushes trimmed just right. Highly recommend. read more

Salvador promised to come by at 230p , and showed up after 5pm without notifying or asking, then got mad when I called him out for it and decided not to continue service. Very unprofessional . This was a reschedule due to rain out, after I suggested canceling and told they were not going to show up anyway without informing me. Also, they want to charge you $200+ for weed killer for 6 months or some ridiculous time which I never heard of or ever been charged for by other landscapers. Don't waste your time with them. They have poor communication and also don't get back to you for days or weeks when you try contacting them . There are other landscapers more professional. read more

They're also respectful of my neighbors all around to ensure that the trimming are well kept within our walls and any that may inevitably fall over are cleared up. For example Valentin did a phenomenal job trimming my stubborn oleanders that crawled all three long walls of my back garden. This was not an easy trim and takes true patience, dedication and experience. Valentin was so skilled in the trim that he made sure all of them were well shaped in size and height. On top of this, he made sure the direction of trim would be contained to my wall to not leave messy debris for the neighboring yards. He also trimmed my elm trees to perfection and very courteous to make sure it would last a good while before the next cut is needed. I could keep going on, but all in all Valle Verde is definitely my go-to now! I have high standards, and they absolutely delivered above and beyond. Best experience I've had. First of all, I live in Phoenix, AZ, NOT CA! I had just been swindled for a lot of money by an unscrupulous "landscaper", so I was very wary about anyone else. But Valentin & his guys were absolutely amazing! They came out when they said they would, & worked really hard for 3 & 1/2 hours straight...mostly getting a dead, split tree out by the roots. It had honey at the bottom & attracted bees, even though I had them sprayed twice! I'm not sure when the bees came back during their work, but Valentin & his guys continued to work & did such a beautiful job on the tree & the whole yard. And it cost just what Valentin estimated. No tricks. No hidden costs. Valentin is a gentleman, a man of his word. They had to open the other gate that is always locked in place, & now the 2 gates do not align properly so I can't lock them, so Valentin is coming back out here today to help me fix that! I would have noticed sooner, but I didn't want to go out there till all the bees had died or gone. I'm not as brave as Valentin! I am so happy with Valle Verde! My partner and I had been vacant from our home for almost half a year due to work out-of-state. This led to an insane amount of weed, parasitic palm, and tree growth on our front and back lawns. Initially, our front-lawn looked like a dump. We called Valle Verde, and they not only cleared up our front and backyard and made the place look brand new, he and his team paid the utmost attention to the details and straightness of the trims on our security hedges. There is a corner area in our backyard that most overlook, but Valentin and his team saw it, and made it clean again. I am in awe with Valentin and his team's eye for detail. Valle Verde also helped trim our Chinese Elm and Oleanders. Valentin is also very professional and kind to work with. He contacted our neighbors beforehand and notified them that there might be plant debris and trimmings that fall over to their sides, which he helped clear up. All of our neighbors complimented our lawn after a job well done. (I attached pictures of our backyard, but elected not to show the front yard to protect our privacy. This company is incredible!!! I found them here on Yelp and reached out to get a quote and Valentin got right back to me. We were not able to sync our schedules to meet face-to-face so I just described what I want and he came by and then texted me a quote which was more than reasonable. They then came by and took care of my front yard making it look better than it has in years. I have a lot of desert landscaping that went totally crazy with all of the rain and they were able to trim back and weed the whole yard. When they were done he then texted me pictures of their work and I loved that I was then able to just Venmo him the agreed to payment. We then had him remove and replace our gravel with a lighter color (an annoyingly tedious job!), regrade our backyard and reinstall a dry river bed. Valentin and his crew did an exceptional job bringing our front and back yards back to their former glory. Well, actually, better than before as I don't think they ever looked this good. Valle Verde was quick to respond, quick to come out and see what we needed, and provided a bid that was very reasonable. They scheduled the job and were very communicative about when and what time. Given their commitment to excellence and customer service their time on property can sometimes run long so they did arrive later than anticipated. But, again, this was due to making sure the previous appointment was completed to their high standards. Valentin did, of course, communicated this to me and keep me apprised of his progress. This was affirmed when they spent almost 7 hours (!) trimming, cutting, and cleaning our property. They even touched up areas I didn't even ask for. I had even asked if they would plant a couple of cacti I just couldn't get to. The invoice was exactly as agreed with the tiny extra charge for planning the cacti. I cannot recommend Valle Verde enough. They are professionals from beginning to end. For any and all landscaping needs in the future, they're my first and only call.
