He was willing to answer any of my questions without any impatience on his part. His delivery of pain injections was excellent. He first numbs the area to be injected. Which I know is standard. But he was also willing to give me some gas to take the edge off even more. He always told me in advance what to expect during the procedure. This morning I feel great. Minimal soreness (despite stitches for both teeth), nothing the pain meds he prescribed or Motrin/Tylenol can't handle. I have no concerns about my mouth healing up. Also, a very friendly member of his staff called me this morning just to see how things are going. Told me to call if I have any needs. I highly recommend Dr. Bagnoli.

(Missed 1 appt, 2 maybe 3 years ago and then a second "missed" cleaning mind you she had a cavity that was being taken care of that week so there was no reminder text or call for the cleaning so they considered that a missed appointment.) This is the ONLY dentist she had ever been to. So we had been going here since she was 5 6 years old, she just turned 10... So over 5 years span 2 "missed" appointments. With that I was told if she needed to be seen I could call and if they have a cancellation That Day they would allow her to be seen...? Oh and after my inquiry of this and speaking to Mr Bozic, as my daughter and I walked out the staff laughed. We had great experiences with this dentistry outside of this situation. I sat in my car crying after this whole ordeal and yet here I am in need of her being seen and I simply want to know, am I to call daily once y'all open back up?

The place was very clean and comfortable. Any question I had about the extractions were answered by his assistant before he came into the room. She was very nice and helpful. The room was relaxing and had a great view of a pond with geese in it. Dr. Hendrikson was to the point and did his job very well. He was quick and very professional. Yeah, I'm one of those jerks. Anyway, while I was sitting in the front room of the oral surgery office, waiting to get a tooth pulled, I read through the reviews on yelp. And while a few were good, I admittedly got a little worried. Well frankly, I don't know what anyone who posted a negative review was complaining about, as the team there ended up doing a fantastic job; everybody was incredibly friendly, patient and informative. They answered all of my questions thoroughly and were super polite during the entire experience, from start to finish. I have not one single complaint about Dr. Coates and his team. They're exceptional and I would recommend them to anyone.

The office and surgery staff were all very kind and helped calm an anxious patient. Dr. Henrickson explained the problem very clearly and was able to put us all at ease. After care was also great. Honestly since moving here about 7 years ago I've only had awful experiences at the dentist but this place makes me not scared to go to the dentist anymore. The staff was so kind EVERY single staff member I interacted with today left a great impression! When the lady did my fillings and was doing the floss the one filling broke off and she had to redo it. That should have been warning that maybe she shouldn't have been doing it. I had to take an additional hour and half off of work for them to fix their mess up. I had asked several times who it was that did my tooth. They just ignored my question. I actually asked a few times in writing and they would still ignore it, finally I pushed it and they told me "Due to Confidentiality we are unable to disclose names but it was a certified dental assistant. She is legally authorized to complete your fillings". This has been so shady from the start - I really don't think that person is a Certified Dental Assistant who is supposed to do fillings. I believe the person was not legally qualified to do my filling, they wouldn't show me their credentials. They are in-network but they still charge you upfront and they charge you more than your half. I filed with the AG office and they only responded to part of the complaint. They completely avoided the part of the of complaint about the lady who did my filling was not legally authorized to do so. I am reasonably sure that she was not qualified nor licensed to do so. They wouldn't give me her name to look this up because they said it's confidential. I have someone working on me personally and I have no right to know who it is and if they are legal to be doing this. This was a huge red flag and I believe I am right about this. Another tooth just had the filling fall out and they wouldn't do anything. So I am in pain and have a migraine because of it. I need to get into another dentist asap to get this taken care of. I am currently looking for a Dental Malpractice Lawyer to help me get reimbursed for what I am going to have to pay for their negligence. They need investigated for having employees doing things they are legally authorized to do. Photos of the tooth that the filling fell out. And some photos of the other teeth they "fixed" and how it isn'f smooth and may possibility come out again too.
