Most recently I came in to find a birthday gift for a friend and order a Christmas centerpiece for my mother in law. I entered the shop and noticed there were a couple of ladies working. I was not greeted at all, no eye contact even. It was as if I wasn't there. I walked around the entire store hoping they'd make contact with me but for a half an hour, I got nothing. As I was walking through, one of the employees walked past me holding a box of some sort and as she walked behind me, she let her elbow rub along my back as if I was in her way. No excuse me, no I'm sorry. I didn't know what to think! I was so terribly disappointed by my visit that I don't think I will be back for some time if ever.

Zack and his female manager help us and knew that we were buying items that would not be planted right away. Infact they set up to have a guy named Tony contact us about installing our plants. Zack many times told us that the plants we buy come with a two year warrranty. Tony did not call us for three weeks! Buy then we had found someone else. I bought 4 arborvities(sp)? One of them looked different than the others when it came time to plant. We decided to have the guy that was installing them not put that one in and we took it back down to them. Well you really find out alot about a business in how they conduct themselves after the sale! The person female said she was the manager. Did not want to take the tree back. She kept stating that we had to plant it within 48 hours for the warranty to be good. I got on the phone with her and had a heated conversation. She kept saying this was all in the warranty brochure we gave you when you purchased! Duh, never gave us any info only receipt! She finally agreed to exchange the tree. Then tells us that the warranty only covers the plants you buy for two years, however, here is the CATCH, they will replace the plant once! So if your plant dies within a month. Then they give you a new one, and it dies again a month later, your done! Not much of a two year warranty. Time specific warranty usually means that you are made whole for the specified period of time. I also asked on that day that the owner calls me when he got back in. Of course never heard anything, so I spent $2500 at another business! Hope it was worth the intial sale to lose my business forever.

Becky, the designer, hand drew all the designs and wrote out in long hand all the paperwork. Rick is a character but both he and Becky came out several times to observe the progress. They discussed additions I wanted at the last minute very amenably and got them in the next day. I was super impressed with their company and crew. If you have something that needs to be done right, they know what they are doing!s

They put in a maple tree and guess what it's DEAD and he does not care he is one of the rudest people I have ever dealt with, he told me he is a firm believer that the customer is NOT always right and he is one of the biggest landscapers in the area and this is just part of being so big. I used the word shi*** service and he had the nerve to tell me he is not use to a lady using those kinds of words PLEASE really! This man should not deal with the public such a poor attitude towards customers. SHAME ON YOU!!!!
