It just snowed, my husband shoveled that small section for my MIL to park and for us to back out of our driveway without hitting anything. He told her she has a whole parking lot to park. Which is an obvious statement. At most I've ever seen 2 customer's car parked at their lot. There's maybe 8 spaces for them to park. My dead end fits the length of one car and then there's my driveway. Why is it that hard for her to park in their parking lot? I need room to back up out of my driveway. Then when they had contractors building the model home and the home a couple of houses down, they like to leave their trash out to fly in my yard. They've ran over my grass on my property. They've blocked the road to where I didn't get my packages or mail. They've blocked me in many times from me reversing and leaving my driveway and entered my small street from the road. My husband has called them several times with all of these issues. My experience with these people have been unpleasant. They have the audacity to call people names right in front of their face and be disrespectful. Like what else would they do? I can't wait til they sell their homes. So annoying. They have no respect for the 3 homes that isn't Lennar built on my street.

As a technical person , but lack of details. when you blue tape they promise taking care of everything but don't and probably make it worse. They have a lack of detail or most likely let things slide you don't see. our water main sit the 2nd week we had the house. we knew the construction to our neighbors house would mean noise, but there has been constant construction up to 11 at night consistently. Cheap, non local labor paid by the job. Labor day Sunday they are out here until 11 with no one managing the noise. They play favors and let a single house build different compared to 60 other homes just because the margin. first big rain today and my feet sank at least a foot in the yard because all they do for your dirt under your lawn is level it. Fisher homes is nothing but profitability here at this point. after your year warranty I don't expect to see any liability. Notice the one house in the neighborhood that doesn't have trees in the front yard by the walkway. Exception was made for some reason. Knew there was a easement for drainage behind the house which I was fine with but just had a hard rain and it's a creek. For real. Poor engineering and planning. Great value to get the design you want but not for the construction at all. We paid good money for a good home and although it looks great, as a engineer and technical person don't feel like this house was worth it
