The showroom was very nice with complete displays. I walked through and took some pictures of vanities and countertops that I liked. The gentleman who helped us, looked at the part and went back to the stockroom to see if he could find one. And when he could not, he instead removed that same part from the floor display of one of his own water softeners. He said he would then just contact the manufacturer and get a replacement for himself later. But he made sure that we were taken care of. And the price was a whopping $3.62. In addition, he was an absolute pleasure to work with. Their price was very competitive, so I decided to go with them. They scheduled an install date. It takes 2 days to install. The first day is prep and the second day the comeback and lay the floor. The technicians that came over to do the prep and the install was very courteous and professional. They kept me informed every step of the way. I was not able to walk on the floor for 24 hours and drive on it for 48 hours. Payment was easy. The sent an invoice via email after the install and I was able to pay for it on line. I am 100% satisfied with the service that I was provided. I highly recommend this company if you are looking to bedazzle your garage.
