Dr. Sonnie follows in the same tradition, but is near to home. These men and women were 100% hands down dead wrong; I was suffering and dying because my doctors wouldn't treat the cause of my problems. Unfortunately, I was forced to take it upon myself to fly out of state (which was Massachusetts at the time) to an MD who would know what he was talking about. Dr. Clifford Sonnie is that man. I received immediate, friendly care from everyone at that office. They gave me tests I requested and didn't force tests on me. After receiving IV treatment, the results strengthened my health after the first hour. Dr. Sonnie has found the main enemy to my health and he is blowing it away. I became sick when I lived in Germany years ago. Somehow, I was contaminated by heavy metals. The 1930s Germans developed Chelation therapy to treat their own workers who were contaminated. Perhaps I lived on top of what was once a factory? I'm taking great medicine that appears to be working. One problem I've had daily for years has virtually disappeared overnight. I have no regrets about the expenses incurred for the trip. It was worth it. I'm going back for more treatment soon!

After accidentally missing an appointment, I reached out to reschedule and was told I could not because I supposedly had a past-due balance of $105. I knew this was incorrect because I had already paid $110 through the patient portal. Instead of investigating before denying care, I was simply told I couldn't be rescheduled until I paid the balance. After I provided proof of payment, the office admitted they had found my payment--it had been in a section of their system that only the office manager could access. While I appreciate the apology, this issue should have been resolved before I was denied care. The most concerning part of this experience is that these were mental health services. Patients seeking mental health care are often already in a vulnerable position. Being turned away because of an internal billing error created unnecessary stress and delayed access to care. Administrative mistakes happen, but patients should not bear the consequences of those mistakes. I hope this office improves its billing processes and communication so others don't have to fight to receive the care they need. I continue to see my therapist and nurse practitioner, Devon and Jennifer, who are amazing. My experience with the office staff is extremely poor.

The presentation was good and Dr. John St. John was very knowledgable. Initial Consultation -- I visited in October 2019. I have some back pain so I decided to make an appointment. They provided a discount for my co-workers and I to come to a initial consultation ($47). The price is normally over $150. So with such a good discount, I made an appointment. We were told that the initial consultation would be 2 different appointments but when I went to my actual appointment, I was never told to come back for a 2nd appointment because my health issue was "minor" Appointment -- Almost an hour of my appointment was spent completing new patient forms. After completing the forms, I was taken into a room to do some test where my heart rate (?) was checked. Finally, I saw the choiropractorci doctor (Dr. John St. John) who only spent about 12 mins with me. I was hoping to have at least 20-30 mins with the doctor especially for my initial consultation but I literally got less than 15 minutes. No X-Ray was performed. The doctor just physically scanned through my back. I was told that I would be given written, detailed feedback after my appointment about solutions to my problem but I didn't get any. I had to email them to get feedback and the feedback was basic. Granted, I understand that you can't provide super detailed feedback for someone who has only had 1 appointment so I'll give them that. They also don't accept health insurance so if I were to go back to get choiropractic adjustments, that would cost $80/hr which is too high. Overall, this clinic does seem to care about your well being but I was disappointed in my initial consultation. It felt as if they only cares about getting a new patient and money. My daughter has appointments pre-scheduled for her chronic TMJ issues and before her first appointment, we received a text confirming her first appointment. The initial appointment on my end was a difficult one to physically get her to - having other kids and school in session required others to help me so I could get my daughter to the appointment on time. Upon arrival, I am pretty sure we ran into my daughter's new therapist in the parking lot heading out for the day , but I didn't realize it at the time. After checking in, I was pushed aside, given excuses and even almost passed on to another therapist who didn't specialize in my daughter's issue. When I realized the disorganization that was taking place and the lack of accountability, I took my daughter and left. If you insist on going to this practice, go in knowing that they are extremely disorganized and no in is in charge. It takes more than good therapists to run a practice, but apparently they leave before they're really done for the day...
