I don't normally rate fast food places, but everytime I've been to this location, the food is good and how you'd expect! Also we showed up today 15 min before closing (had tried to hit Taco Bell and they were out of tons of stuff and not being very cool) and Colten was super kind and didn't mind a bit even tho we were apologetic about being there just before closing! The food was served fairly quick and I had no problem with how the food tasted. What I had a problem with is an employee (manager), the 2 most recent times I have been there, has been standing on the north side of the restaurant next to the customer entrance smoking. The first time she opened the door for us while holding a cigarette in her hand. The second time, while we were eating, she was holding the door open while smoking. read more

No onion rings. I thought that was an Altus thing so I called Lawton...no onion rings, okc...no onion rings. Tried to call and write Arbys Inter. The dog gone contact us page is harder than !$#@ calculus. Impossible to fill out. And the phone call put me on hold longer than the IRS. Give a 1 star because i can't go lower. No Arby sauce. I told them to give my money back and the manager started with an attitude and slammed the window. Have enjoyed Arby's selections for over 15 years here In Altus, OK. Those days are over now till changes happen for the better. They didn't have gyros first, then roast beef next and today, finally the final straw, no fish sandwiches. WTH? One portrays themselves as a quality fast food restaurant, advertising their normal menu selections, but are now worthless with their follow through of selections. Not only my family but numerous colleagues have written this establishment off for our business. It's outrageous! This was the worst customer service experience ever.....I ordered two sandwiches, and after pulling to the front of the store and waiting almost 15 minutes, two orders came out at once. One of the orders sounded similar to mine, so I said to the woman"I think that's mine" She said "mid your business", brought my food to my vehicle and sarcastically said "bye....have a good day" My first instinct was to involve corporate, but I honestly think she needs the job. Worst customer service ever!!!! First off I could barely hear the person over the intercom. When I rolled up the window she didn't even tell me my total. Took my money handed me my good. No smile just a look of disgust on her face. Closed the window and then I realized I needed sauce. Waived her down and I could hear her under her breath complaining that I wanted sauce for a small popper order. Seriously?! People like her shouldn't be working in customer service. Just what i needed, super fast service and quality to go with it. I dont know what the heck kim and greg were talking about in there review, they dont have many reviews and or uploaded pictures, not very creditive in their arguments, but this place if by far one of the better Arbys that i have ever been too. The service was fast and very courtious. The establishment had a few dirty tables but thats because some people had just left, other than that it was very clean. The food was nice and hot, the meat was fresh and tasty. The bathroom could have been taken better care of but a few paper towels on the ground was no problem. The food was normal. I ordered a French dip and they forgot the sauce for it, when I asked for the sauce and got home I noticed it was gravy and not the right sauce. Decided I would go back and give it a second try and they forgot the sauce again and it took twice as long to get. read more

This is by far the worst and rudest service I've ever had at a fast food place. The woman in drive thru wouldn't let me finish ordering I had to tell her 3 times that I wasn't done ordering and when I got to the window she was just as rude. She wore a bandana under her Arby's hat and spoke with attitude. Something needs to be done about her. Maybe moved to the kitchen since she clearly doesn't know what customer service is read more

I love Arby's. If the store was clean I imagine I'd eat there more often. With the dining area less than clean I can only imagine how gross the kitchen must be. The last time I was in, there was mold growth in the fountain drink tray. Those spouts and trays should be cleaned daily. The non slip rug was stinky and the business had just opened for the day. Ordered food and sat in the parking lot to eat and visit a relative. Arby's employees called the police stating we'd been there 3 hours. It hadn't even been an hour. Offered the cop the receipt to show the time. Unbelievable. Will not be returning and will advise anyone I know not to return as well. read more
