Horrible customer service experience with the manager and one employee. I've already submitted my feedback about that through the Arby's corporate feedback form. Regarding the food, I ordered the French Dip and Swiss, which I've had at various Arby's locations, many times. This time, the Swiss was never melted, the bun wasn't toasted or even heated, and the au jus had a very thick, overly-salty, strong flavor. I told my husband it tasted more like a combination of a thickened soy sauce and A-1 than like their regular au jus. Yuck! Because of the earlier customer service situation, I decided not to take it back up to the counter and ask for something else. I just didn't want to deal with the attitudes I'd experienced earlier. So I ate it, but it was one and a half stars at best. My husband said his meal was fine, and so were our curly fries, so weighing everything, I give this review barely two stars. Also because of the experience I had at the counter, I didn't go back up and report a couple other things I noticed while there -- the women's bathroom was out of paper towels, and the Coke Zero Sugar dispenser had no syrup, just the soda water, both when I first tried it, and again 30 minutes later when I went to top off my drink before leaving. In other words, I think there are some overall management issues with this location, not just the specific ones I experienced while at the counter and with my food. read more

Horrible service! Young boy at window was rude and got my order wrong. Wasn't going to give me a drink with my meal. Then when I asked if they had sweet tea he acted disgusted and annoyed. No manners or anything. I ordered crinkle cut fries and I got a half of an order of curly fries. The bread is so stale on my sandwich it's crumbling. Very aggravated! So I ordered two online orders (one for me and my daughter) the other was for the rest of my family. Pick up at 6. My daughters went to pick up at 6 and they didn't even start until 6 (online it says pick up at 6). Anyhow they forgot the apple juice had to go in for them and then totally forgot the beef and cheddar got the whole way home n then realized called n they said it's here u can come back in for it. Worst Arby's I've ever been to. The place is empty every time we go, no customers in the dining room, and they still can't manage to have it clean. Tables and floors are filthy. Bathroom is filthy and always out of paper towels. I don't know what's wrong with the staff here, but they ALWAYS get the order wrong. It seems the girl on the register is from another planet or doesn't understand English. She looks blankly at you when you ask a question. Empty line and only 1 car in line. Yet the 5 minutes we stood there no one acknowledged us. The epitome of terrible customer service as my wife, 18 month old, and I waited. We left without ordering and were still not acknowledged. Tied for the worst customer experience I have had at a fast food place. There are plenty of other options on the stretch of street. Inconvenient fast food. Sandwich served cold from drive-thru which is the only thing open. Had to waste extra time to get, at best, an average sandwich. Manager did bring the replacement hot sandwich out and apologized. Still a bit disappointed; always tempted by Arby commercials. Food not nearly as good as imagined. I typically have to wait a long time for my food. The workers are pleasant. I've never had an issue with the food, just the wait.

I understand businesses are out of stock of different items. However, we placed our order, paid for it, were handed our drinks and when asked for sauce for mozzarella sticks ONLY THEN were told, "oh we don't have those, we've been substituting them for chicken nuggets" SAY WHAT?!!!! How about informing your patrons PRIOR to purchasing, what you have to offer from your menu!!! And also not taking it upon yourselves to substitute an item without prior consent!!! Lunchtime, rainy day opted to dine in. Food was as expected, tasty, etc. What makes this visit unique was the "dinner theatre." The manager was loudly exhorting the staff to pick up the pace. Too many six minute cars! But what about the customer standing in front of you? It took ten minutes to receive my food. Mr. G was shifted from sandwiches to the fryer, I guess he wasn't fast enough? Hang in their Mr. G I'm pulling for you! Arby's HQ, you reading this? I felt sorry for the staff to be "exhorted" in front of a dining room of customers. I get the need for speed, but there has to be a line. I don't want to hear this while eating. I've been to numerous stores busier than here today, and never experienced this. The mgr wasn't abusive, just loud. Maybe the size of the store exacerbates the situation. read more
