This great little spot was one of the final stops before making the final 2 hour stretch to DC. Recently, I came back with my family for a weekend getaway at nearby Omni Bedford Springs. The place has expanded and now has an adjoining space with ice cream, free wine samples and other items for purchase. They also host what sounds like great themed meals and events. The original shop is full of Italian food products including regular and gluten free, all organic pasta. There is also a wide variety of sauces, olive oils and vinegars. Then, we ordered a smoked salmon bagel with capers, pickled red onions, and flavored cream cheese. This was absolutely delicious and HUGE!!! Tons of salmon, the flavors were terrific! Also ordered the pork belly Benedict and it was just as good. This is served on two homemade lard biscuits. Like seriously??? Absolutely delicious! Can't recommend both of these things enough. We were going to come for dinner, but didn't realize they were closed. Apparently they have an incredible fish and chips that's to die for. This place is awesome!!!! Prices are reasonable too!
