For starters, the food was pretty good, I got the five chicken tenders meal, which the size of the tenders were a bit small in my opinion but they were still good. Next, the service was great, while the food did take a while we were told it was because they had to cook some tenders, and I won't complain about getting fresh chicken tenders. Food quality here is (usually) consistent. Visited this location 3-4 times a month. Unfortunately, this location is used for training now (2-3 newbies at a time) , which means (a lot) slower than usual. This equates to senior personnel frustrated and edgy (nice folks, but you can tell they're super stressed). Unsure what this means, but the "Great Service" Bell has been removed from this location (literally someone pulled it off the wall). read more

We ate here at Blue Springs Arby's on 10/03/2024 at 6:40 and it was a horrible experience. 2 employees were yelling & screaming at each other and a customer called the police. As soon as the police showed up, the manager with the headphones on, rudely ran them off saying she had everything under control. 5 minutes after they left one of the employees hit the other in the jaw and knocked them on the floor. So the police were called again and arrived just as we were leaving. That manager needs to be fired. That situation could have been handled a LOT better. We won't be going back to Arby's in Blue Springs. Hope this helps. read more

I don't write reviews but I had to this time around. Stopped in for lunch on a Sunday around 12:30pm and they were BUSY. They did not waiver, the team of 3-4 working their way through the orders with admirable efficiency. While it took a little time to get our food, understandably, it was delicious - fries were hot, chicken tenders were crispy, and milkshakes were perfection. They did not mess up our very large order and when they brought it out to us at the table they made sure to include all the sauces we could possibly want. We were on a time crunch so we thought stopping by Arby's would be a quick way to get a meal. Ordered a Buffalo chicken sandwhich with no lettuce. First of all two orders that were taken after mine was ready before mine. When my order was finally ready my sandwhich had lettuce. They remade my sandwich after waiting for the sandwhich it had more sauce on it than chicken patty. Overall time we were at the restaurant was an hour. We definitely wasn't looking to spend this much time at a supposed fast food restaurant. We probably will not be coming back. read more

I am so sad to write this but am going to because it keeps costing me money and time. I went through This Arbys Blue Springs Mo to get some good food I know they have. My wife is a Vegan and will eat fries once a week in a cheat day. So fresh fries is so important as it's a treat she only gets once a week. Note. This has happened a few times before. But today I had to say something. Today I asked at the speaker can I please have fresh fries. I don't mind waiting. I was so nice. So was the girl at the speaker. She said yes no problem. I got up to the window and paid 14.93 cents. 2 large fries for 6.00 dollars and a burger to boot. I heard the lady yell at the cook prep "he wants fresh fries" then the cook prep said something. Then the lady said " girl this is fast food " that's what we do. She brought me the bag and said " I pray these are fresh" Got home short 2 minute drive. Fries were so old so hard they hurt too chew on. I'm not exaggerating. You've got to be kidding me. Ugh. Took back off to Burger King for fresh fries. Asked them can you make them fresh. Absolutely. Had me wait to the side which was ok by me. Called corporate on this Arbys asking they fix the problem because I know they have good food. Oh BTW. That burger I had. The meat was old and hard too. Decided to try this place again, went to sit down and eat and there was 3 people having what I assume was a meeting in the lobby, couldn't enjoy my meal cuz all I heard was what I assume were 3 higher ups talking the entire going over how disgusting the back of the restaurant was and how the fryers aren't being cleaned... ruined the whole experience and made me feel absolutely sick to my stomach to hear all the issues this location is having... maybe whoever the 3 higher ups were in the lobby today (6/20/2023) at around 2:30-3ish consider talking about the sanitation of the restaurant not in the lobby for everyone to hear... customer service was very nice idk the lady's name at the front dest but very very nice and helpful. read more

Terrible service. I waited for over 30 minutes on my order that was sitting on the counter the entire time. They offered me cold food and a shake that was already melting. No apology. There was no offer to remake it. They refused a refund, so I had to call corporate while still sitting in the drive thru because they marked my order as picked up even though I didn't pick it up. I must admit I have NEVER written a review on a Fast Food restaurant before. Wouldn't even bother to mention it. But BRAVO to Arby's in Blue Springs. My son had gone to get the roast beef, bacon, and Cheddar cheese 2 4 $6.00. He was going to get me the Market place chic salad but they were out. I settled. Which I thought I was settling. So I got the turkey club combo. Keep in mind I had just had a BLT @ Sonic. It was horrible. Ad shows it's served on a toasted bun. But what I got was soggy Texas Toast and something they called Aioli. That's what I thought I was getting. Got some nasty tasting cheap salad dressing. The bacon was non visible nor the tomato or 1 piece of head lettuce just a soggy. Ad says Mutz cheese fresh no cheese on it. It was messy and not worthy for me to eat. I was so hestitate @ trying another 1 @ Arby's. So went with the turkey club. I was Soooo pleased when I saw it. The bread was just regular white bread but not thick like Texas Toast. I swear it had 1 1/2 inch of meat. Had the best sliced turkey not the shaved stuff at any deli. This was sliced turkey. Sliced beef and ham. Lots of it. Cheese was nicely sliced swiss and cheddar not American cheese. Green lettuce and thinly sliced tomato's. I always thought the bread made the sandwich. But I was so wrong. Subway, Jimmy John's, I'll go out on a limb here and say ALL Sub shops is nothing but bread and a little meat, and lots of condiments and veggies. It was a whole lot of bread and not much of anything else. Arby's opened my eyes it's not the bread it's the fillings.Oh my I forgot to add the bacon. 4 kinds of meat and 2 kinds of real cheese. The combo was 8 bucks. With a large drink and a great big cookie. Thick, full of chocolate chips and carmel. I just can't say enough. Will never eat at sandwich shop. Difficult to verify your order until it arrives, but disgraceful service when you call to notify them that your order was incomplete. I find accountability lacking and the manager quickly ended the call. Arby's food is still great, but it seems anyone can fill a customer service position but not want to be good at it.
