Placed order and paid , waited in the parking lot 17 min, when the app said order completed I went in the store to pickup window, gave them my name, waited 10 more min and realized they had utter chaos going. So I went to the order window and showed them my order info and they hadn't even started it yet, weren't sure how long it might be and stores can't do refunds if you order online. Imagine that. So then the whole time suck of tracking down a CS number and going thru all That, and now hoping I actually get a refund. Real scam they have going. I am sorry having a large group (college basketball team on the road looking for food) and spending $200, is an inconvenience to your establishment. Not all of the burgers were marked with numbers so we didn't know who's was who's, not to mention missing items and when I approached the counter to ask about those items I received attitude from the lady bagging the items as well as the manager when she called him over. We travel through Blue Springs often, and will not return to this store. There is many other food options that we will frequent instead. read more

Which is kinda ironic because all the employees here at the moment are female There is a good amount of loud female banter coming from the serving area; think Hooters except bad uniforms. there are a lot of testimonial signs posted up, but they are all several years old, which struck me as a bit odd. You can add sticker shock to the ironic adjective: a bacon double cheeseburger with fries and a drink just clocked in at $13.70, wow!! I'm pretty sure this is the most I've ever paid for a combo, even more than Red Robbin. The taste is a bit better than Wendy's, but not better enough to justify the price. The food is always delicious. I've had their burgers in bowls and in buns. Never disappoints. I love to dip their fries in a mixture of malt vinegar and ketchup too. So good. My problem is that every single time I walk into this restaurant and stand underneath the "Order Ahead Pick Up Here" Sign, I'm basically invisible. It takes someone at least 10 minutes of me standing there to acknowledge me and I don't understand why. I can see other employees glancing over at me. They know that I am standing there. Average burger for an above average price. Don't understand why people keep going here. They were good a couple years ago and then the prices just kept going up. When you get to nine dollar price range for a cheeseburger you might as well be at a sit down restaurant. Not sure how they justify these prices but they lost my business a long time ago. With kids also a four dollar grilled cheese is just absurd. Just don't get their business model. They are also growing so fast if they don't adjust pricing I see them crashing just as fast. I went there for lunch today. I had a cheese burger and fries and soda. The cheeseburger was very juicy and piled high with ingredients. The fries were served In a paper cup and were crunchy. I thought the fries were not as good as Burger King. The soda was a Diet Coke like every other fast food restaurant. The cheeseburger was very good but I would not drive a long distance to buy one. I enjoyed my visit. I went around reading plaques and awards and newspaper reviews which were posted on the walls. Pretty much what you would expect from 5 Guys. The burgers are good and fries are fresh. They had been pretty busy when we got there and it was difficult to find a clean table.
