I love Arby's. The curly fries are the best and so are the turkey sliders. Those are my favs. But anything there is also bussing.

This'll be a short one, I promise, lol. Ok, I rarely ever eat fast food, but we were starving, kinda and we had to stop to walk my buddy's dogs. Again, this was a stop on my cross country roadtrip a couple months back. This Arbys is located here in Idaho, small town off the highway, headed to Pocatello area/down to Utah. You walk in and your slammed with NINETIES FLASSSHBAAAACK!!! I fn LOVED IT! hahaha!. Being a 90s kid, I'd go into Arby's or wherever and I remember the 90s designs from back then. This Arby's, I'm like 99.9999% positive was built....innnnnnn, I'd saaaaay...1992ish and they legit have NOT renovated it since it's opening and that's fn fantastic! They even had wallpaper strips (what are those called ....like up where crown molding would be) with men on horses, green and white were the colors haha! Oh man, I loved it so much. The tables and chairs were dark green seats/white everything else (if I remember correctly lol) The place was carpeted!!! So great! I love stuff like this....stuff that takes me back to when I was a kid...back when life was simpler and society wasn't absolutely insane like they are today lol. I only ordered a small curly fry and a chocolate shake. For some weird reason, when I travel, I always get milkshakes. When I'm not, I never touch them lol. Remembering when I was a kid and always getting a shake from Arby's in Geneva, NY because Arby's had the best shakes! Haha! The staff was so incredibly sweet. Everyone of them were just so freaking nice to us. They had been cleaning the milkshake machine right before we got there and said I would have to wait a few mins for it to cool back UP....and of course I made that corny white guy joke about how McDonald's milkshake machine is always broken hahaha! I pulled out the dad joke HAAA! Whatever, they laughed, even if it was a fake laugh hahahaha! So because I waited like....hmm, like 4 mins lol, they said they felt bad and they gave me a large chocolate shake for the price of a small. This thing was HUGE lol. Normally I'd never order any shake that big lol. Usually just a small/medium lol. It was soooooo nice of them tho and SHO DID....tear that ish up! Hahahaha! Whatever, I was traveling lol. Isn't the rule....if you try to take care of yourself, and u do, it's ok to fat out when you travel? Hahahaha! If it's not a rule, I just made it up! So feel free to have some treats while traveling! Ones you'd never have....like a massive chocolate shake hahaha! Anyway, so yeah, they have a great staff there who is friendly as hell with their clientele (even if they didn't hook me up, I'd still say all positive things about them) and a staff that takes care of their 90s style restaurant. I used to work at a arby (6955 store number) and worst place to work that manger c. Deleted my brothers hours bc he had more then her. She would come in early to clock in and leave and have a employee clock her out. She took me off the schedule bc I asked for feb14-15th off bc my dad was taking my mom out and I didn't have a ride I have a 1yr old daughter and I can't take care of her off 9.45 an hour. My brother I mentioned earlier was a shift manager making 11$ when the normal employees were making more. Never work here worst job ever had. Was bullied by other employees and one guy there even made a s-xual joke about me and he still has a job there. I feel bad for the employees still there the day crew is her fav and they'd leave the store like shit and she'd have a whole crew on day but might only schedule the most of 2-3 people. If you missed something while closing you'd get a call to fix it in the morning off the clock. We were supposed to clock out at 12:30 ( the store closed at 12) and finish cleaning off the clock. terrible customer service. the staff talked with attitude and was rude. they did not add on cheese like I asked. they forgot to give me my ajou sauce. they also would not have given us our drinks if not reminded 2 times. read more

I am not impressed with the staff or food. As I was waiting for my food, someone came in stating that they had missed some items on her order. They laughed as soon as she walked in and said what is wrong now. I ordered a turkey and Swiss sandwich It came out with no meat. I took it back to the counter and the cashier's response was to yell back to the cook and saying what are you doing? And they laughed again. The cook apologized. Another employee brought me another sandwich. She Made the comment that she was sorry. Then she proceeded to tell us that they had had a lot of mistakes lately and that she didn't know what was going on. As we left, the cashier made the statement "we have the meat" on our way out. When I opened my sandwich to eat it, it was a mess. There was a pile of meat in the middle only, One piece of cheese, and a pile of sauce in one corner and none anywhere else. It looked like a 2 year old made it. I keep trying this store in hopes it will get better. Yuck. read more

The tweaker chicks were arguing in the back and no one took our order for a solid five minutes. To top it off, they don't have changing tables for babies and the food was the worst Arby's I've had. The carpet is nasty too. read more

Regular yummy Arby's food. Sounds like this place has a bad rap with the town but we stop a few times a year while driving through. The place is clean, the food was made to order, and the soda fountain has the correct mixture of syrup and carbonation. And we were the only ones there so we had the place to ourselves. May be a hidden treasure for fast food lovers. read more

I told the guy at the window I wanted a Jr. Turkey & cheddar, a four piece cheese stick,& a small fry...no drink. I got charged $9.99 for one jr Turkey, one regular cheese, a Mt. Dew, & a small fry. What was in my bag, was a COLD sandwich, NO FRIES, NO DRINK, & THREE cheese sticks! I realized it when I got home. Literally the WORST service I have ever got! I worked at a KFC for 10 months, & I know what fast food is like, but that was completely unacceptable! Time for management to do their job. read more
