I'll go ahead and do it: 5 stars. No, it isn't the absolutely best roast beef sandwich out there fi comparing to a dine-in place, and it's not particularly cheap either. Regardless, it's fast food, very tasty and offering a menu that absolutely no one else is doing. The roast beef is super tasty, I love the Arby's sauce AND their horseradish sauce too. Oh, and the curly fries a terrific. BTW, they also have really good jalapeno poppers too. Their uniqueness helps push them to that 5 star threshold. Ah Arby's a core memory from my childhood too bad this is legitimately the closest location to almost any section of the city of Toronto. "A Roast Beef, Yes Sir" for the unaware, as this was explained to us, during our "Arby's Army" visit, in an effort to draw attention to no location within the city of Toronto. Staff were absolutely great in respect to our visit that dominated the eating area. Food was hot, delicious and scratched all the itches for the nostalgia from the past This location should be due for an upgrade in the future, as this location is generationally in the past in comparison to others, but this is one of 28 locations in Ontario for us to enjoy. Food is fantastic ! I'm surprised there's only 3 locations in this whole southern Ontario that I know of. The service was exceptional. We were treated like royalty thank you so much ! Honestly, nicest staff I have seen at an Arby's in a long time. I'm from Alberta so I know my Arby's! Martina deserves and extra shout out. I mentioned to her that my fries were all broken up, and she specifically made me a new box of curly fries that were ALL perfectly curled! Food was hot and tasty, fresh. This is one of the few Arby's that I know of in the GTA area. You might be asking why you would choose Arby's over any other fast food places. Two reasons - curly fries and the Beef n Cheddar! I was super impressed by the manager that was on duty today. She was wrangling a bunch of staff that were either acting out or seeming clueless. She was professional the whole time while delegating tasks, bagging orders, and handing them out to customers. She even apologized for the wait even though it wasn't that bad. The food is really consistent with other Arby's! Don't let the look of the Beef n Cheddar fool you - sometimes it's all flat but rest assured it's piled with, well, beef and melty nacho cheese. Arby's has always been Mid for me. I had a bad experience back as a kid, and didn't eat it for 15+ years. Decided to try it again today when I didn't know what else to eat. I had the limited time Smokehouse Brisket Poutine and sandwich. Both were completely mid. Not great, not inedible. The drive thru took forever though. I have fond memories of my first summer job at The Ex (Canadian National Exhibition). There was an Arby's portable stand steps away from where I was working. I would crave a medium roast beef sandwich. I would get one either during my afternoon break or after work before heading home. These days, there isn't a single Arby's in the Toronto area. A few years ago, my closest one was in Ajax. That location has since closed down. These days, I have the option of going to Whitby, Burlington, or Waterloo to get my fix. I recently did a staycation in Mississauga. On Easter, I craved Arby's and took half an hour to drive over to this location. It's in a quiet part of town. There are businesses and some industries on this street. This Arby's seems to have been there for a while. I pulled in and parked. You can't miss the huge Arby's sign on the wall. Naturally, I had to take a picture of it. This Arby's has a drive-thru, but I opted to eat in. Staff there are extremely friendly. Everyone seemed happy to be there on Easter. I ordered a medium beef and cheddar sandwich, with curly fries and a drink. I also got Oreo bites for dessert. It didn't take long to get my food. It was nice that the person preparing my food said, "Enjoy!" I found a booth and sat down. It has been roughly three months since I had a roast beef sandwich at Arby's. This one hit the spot. I loved my curly friesl, too. The Oreo bites are here for a limited time. You must get them. They are essentially Oreo donuts with cream filling. It's crack, I tell ya! So delicious. They come warm. It has been ages since I stepped into an Arby's that had a dispensing area for your Arby's and horsey sauces. I enjoyed using it -- perhaps too much if someone were observing me. I liked being here. The atmosphere was relaxed. The washroom was clean and nicely stocked. I have no complaints. There is plenty of parking all around the restaurant. Why don't they have Arby's in Toronto?? :( Anyway, I go to this Arby's everytime I pass by Burlington just because I love their roast beef sandwiches. Today I got one of their new menu items: Oreo Bites. Served warm. Just 6 pieces of sugary goodness for just $3.49. Really good, but really really sweet. Food is always good and consistent. Their sliders are cheap and great for a quick small snack. Friendly service. Over-all clean restaurant. It's always a must when I visit this area. read more

We had 2 pm late lunch today. Based on the current tv ad, showing their new brown sugar bacon sandwiches. We have rarely such a bad lunch. The bacon was cold n hard as beef jerky. My husband absolutely loves Arbys... Like hands down best fast food joint. Myself? I don't get it... It's deli meat on a bun with "cheese whiz" type sauce? I'd prefer a burger. That being said, the food here is pretty good, I ordered a chicken club sandwich with curly fries. The curly fries are incredible, so delicious, I wish more restaurants served them! The sandwich was also delicious, the bun is what makes it great definitely. My husband ordered 4 of the Arby junior beef sandwiches, he says they are amazing... Lol This location was clean, big and the staff were quick as expected in a fast food joint. I was a little surprised about the pricing with most combos $8+ which is the same as other chains, A&W for example. I figures deli sandwiches were cheaper... Guess not. The lady over the speaker was asking what we wanted, while we were still half a car length away. Explains the mistake. Also most of the prices have gone up a lot. Used to get 2 sandwiches for $10. Now $15, and our choices were over $8 each. They were okay, but not great. Guess because they are a drive through, business will boom even under average efforts. Went Today 10/19 for the 2 for $8.00 BNC Cheddar. She handed to me like she could care less. busy talking to other employees. I'm giving a 2 because of the cleanliness of the place . It wasn't. Half the staff were standing around talking while the tables and floor are dirty. Then employees behind the counter taking orders where running there hands through there hair and hands touching there mouth. At one end they were talking to friends. The one BNC was put together good ,but the other one was just thrown together with very little cheese. Worst Experience ever at a Arby's restaurant! Waited in the drive thru for 25mins before order, which I said I had coupons, but still was told that the price is what it is! I have been eating at this location since I was a kid. Arby's seems to be getting more rare (unless it's a mall food court). It is my favorite fast food chain. Roast Beef isn't the healthiest, but, it seems better than one of the other 'usual' places if you're talking fast food. If you have never been - try Arby's. It's definitely worth it. I ordered a sandwich and a medium drink. it was $10. Rip off! The sandwich was so nasty. It had meat, cheese, and some nasty sause. The sandwich was poorly put together and so messy. The sandwich was over all so gross. The only think i liked is free refils! Service was fine. They basically didn't talk. read more
