The burgers you get here tastes like what you remember the best fast food burgers of the '80s tasting like. The rosie sauce is something that is superb. And, if you happen to order a burger with a friend, you may be thinking to yourself do we need two sides of fries? I would state that you do not. If you love fries, go for it because they are really good fries. But, they can be shared. The single Patty is more than enough to be filling, especially if you are getting sides. But, if you are feeling decadent there's no reason not to go all out with the recommended two. That said, well we are thinking of two different things, why get the fries, when you can get the half and half? The onion rings here are worth your time all on their own.

Got to try it, got to try it! Rosie's Burger gives off a old school vibe once you open giving a bit of 1960s vibe. Great old school songs to listen to why you wait. These smash Burgers are amazing. I highly recommend the Rosie double patty. Take another walk down Lashore East and enjoy the water while you eat.

rosie's is a little hidden (not very hidden anymore due to the well deserved hype it has gotten) gem by the lakeshore main street and is a true delight for anyone seeking authentic smash burger goodness. parking might seem tricky at first, but don't worry - there are several spots available behind the restaurant. walking in, you might think the place is tiny, and honestly, it is. but the cozy seating bar with stools offers the perfect spot to enjoy your meal. what struck me most was how clean and bright everything felt - large windows let in beautiful natural light that outshines the interior lighting. the decor transported me straight back to the 90s with its classic red and white striped theme, capturing that nostalgic neighborhood burger joint essence. the service here deserves special mention. the person working both the cash register and the grill was incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. our orders were taken quickly and efficiently, with our food arriving in just 5-10 minutes - impressive for made-to-order burgers! now for the star of the show - the burgers. these might be some of the best smash burgers we've found in mississauga so far. what really stands out is how the high-quality meat does the heavy lifting flavor-wise, rather than being overwhelmed by sauce. the cheese complements the beef perfectly, and everything tastes remarkably fresh and well-crafted without any greasy aftertaste. we tried the rosie ($12.50) and the party burger ($12.25), with the main difference being the veggies and onions. both were absolutely delicious in their own right. if you're extra hungry, you can add $7 to make it a combo. i'm already planning my next visit to try their chicken sandwiches. if they're anywhere near as good as the burgers, i know i'm in for another treat!

I finally got a chance to try Rosie's after seeing all the hype on social media and was pleasantly surprised that they have a location in Mississauga. It's located right in the heart of Port Credit, so it's the usual parking situation for the area (big lots either by the library or near the lake). The restaurant can be easy to miss, but you'll see the ground and it becomes easy to spot. Storefront is small with a few chairs inside and some patio seating outside. It gives a quick serve burger joint vibe where you see everything being cooked on the flat top. Service was top-notch overall, they informed us it might take a bit longer with the big crowd but it went by pretty quickly still. For the food, the spicy chicken sando was the highlight, with really good breading and spicy sauce. The Rosie had a the lacy edges I look for in a smash burger, but felt it was a bit one note (will likely try the classic next time). Saw a lot of hype for the banana pudding but it was a bit too sweet for my liking. Overall great spot for burgers and sandos.

    The Rosie with one patty

Had this place bookmarked for awhile and she did not disappoint! I decided to go H.A.M and basically order everything I wanted to try at once. I'm not a burger girl but my bf loves them. I am however, a spicy chicken girl, so that's what I got. My boyfriend ordered The Rosie combo, with one patty and I also got a lemonade, cookie and of course the banana pudding. Everything was oooon point! The chicken sando was sooooo juicy and nicely crispy on the outside. The bun is perfect and just meshes perfectly. Honestly, the fries are a star. I know they're just some simple crinkle fries but the way they cook them is perfect. It's crispy on the outside (not hard!) and pillowy soft on the inside. Nicely salted too. As you may have already heard or suspected the banana pudding is the star of the show. Not too sweet, fresh pieces of banana evenly distributed. *chefs kiss* It's that graham cookie crumble that pulls it all together. You need that slight crunch for a different texture and they nail this. I haven't stopped thinking about it since. The lemonade was good but I think it would've hit harder if I was outside on a hot day. The cookie was a great texture. I can see these being amazing fresh out the oven. I don't particularly like sea salt on my cookies but it was just a little, so it didn't bother me too much. It was nice and chewy on the inside and I liked that it was milk chocolate. Anyways, if you haven't already checked out any of Rosie's locations, go now. And if there's one thing you have to try, it's the banana pudding.

Raw burger served to me at Rosie's Calgary four days after opening! Not impressed! Clearly they forgot to smash it.

The first and last time I'll eat at Rosie's Burgers Calgary. I went there this afternoon and ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Apparently they're supposed to smash their burgers? The smashburger preparation method (Google if you're you're unfamiliar) has become a trend in recent years. One of the reasons for this is to help ensure proper cooking. The other is to speed up cooking time. That being said, have a look at this photo. Unsmashed, with raw hamburger! Doesn't this place realize that by serving raw hamburger there's a potential for E coli, causing severe illness, and sometimes death? Ultimately I hold the ill-informed owner and manager responsible. They need to educate themselves, and train their staff in proper food handling and preparation, and not send raw hamburger meat out the door. How low has the bar been set in Canada that we allow persons who lack common sense and basic food preparation knowledge ownership of a franchise? Don't they realize how serious this is? I don't care how they try to justify it, the owners, management, and staff are not properly trained. If they were, I would not have received a raw hamburger, and I would not feel the need to post here. It's a good thing I was eating in a well-lit area, and after two or three bites, I noticed the meat was raw. 1 hour later, I really hope I don't get sick! A word of advice for anyone eating at this place, be sure to to eat your Rosie's burger in a well lit environment! I can only Imagine if someone had consumed the entire thing, it would be a lawsuit waiting to happen! The last time I was served a raw hamburger like this was probably 40 years ago. Time to up your game, or shut it down! Disgusting! If I was able to give less than a one-star review I would. The one star is because they reimbursed me, and prepared me a new properly cooked cheeseburger. This is a no-brainer from their perspective, but doesn't change the fact they served me raw hamburger. Oh, and what's with the cheese used on Rosie's burgers? Why are you using those horrid American singles? It's not even real cheese, and truth be told only 50% is actual cheese, and the rest fillers. Even the US FDA doesn't recognize it as cheese, but rather a cheese product. After eating the replacement burger, the fake cheese was continuously sticking to the roof of my mouth. You might as well use melted plastic! Utter garbage, and there are many far better burger options within Lower Mount Royal Calgary. Also, the tiny $5 portion of fries packed into an 8 oz cup are a joke. I predict you guys will be closing your doors within a year, because you fail in comparison to your local competition. Either that, or because you wind up poisoning someone.

    Dbl Cheeseburger & onion rings.

October 5, 2023: Lunch with Johnny. On the Mississauga lakeshore but not easy to find. There was virtually ZERO seating. Maybe 3-4 seats inside & a no table seating outside on the street. Not a very comfortable seating situation. I ordered the dbl cheeseburger with a side of onion rings. The burger was good but not overly good. Lacked some tastes that I was looking for. It came pre-made as designed. I removed the lettuce. Rings were good but just normal good. I found this to be tasty but not good enough to make it a destination restaurant. I'd go again but only if I were in the area.

Honestly, this place lived up to the hype for me and I really loved their smash burgers. Tried the original Rosie's burger and my boyfriend got the bacon cheeseburger. We both agreed that they tasted so amazing, so crispy and fresh. Of course had to end it off with some banana pudding and this did not disappoint as well! It was just the right amount of sweetness and the crunchy bits on tops just add to its delicious flavour. Have to say I'll definitely be back!

    Popcorn chicken

Hands down one of the best smash burger spots in Mississauga! The only downfall is that It's a small storefront that's easy to miss, with limited side parking. Since the store is small, it gets crowded pretty quickly. However, food wise? Amazing. Service? Quick yet attentive. Patties are seasoned to perfection, crispy on the edges but moist in the middle, and always fresh! The buns also don't get soggy fast so that's a bonus. They added some chicken items to their menu recently but honestly, not the biggest fan. I found the popcorn chicken to be wayy too salty, the chicken was dry, and the breading was tough. Stick to the burgers when you come here! BUT LETS TALK ABOUT THE BANANA PUDDING. There's a reason why my only image of the banana pudding is one half eaten. We started digging into it before I realized we didn't take a photo. But let that be a testament to how good it is. Not too sweet, creamy, and a perfect end to a savoury meal. Highly recommend this place next time you're in Port Credit (don't get the chicken tho).

Warm lighting and stylish decor make the restaurant feel welcoming and lively, perfect for a relaxed dinner or a fun night out with friends. The atmosphere is lively and yet feels comfortable and homey. The staff are friendly and attentive, offering great recommendations. We started with "Fresh Veg Roll" and "Fish Cakes" for appetizers and paired them with "Lychee Mojito" and "Thai Pina Colada"; very refreshing for a hot summer evening. We loved the appetizers; they were fresh and tasty. For main, we ordered "Yellow Pineapple Curry with Chicken", "Golden Pad Thai with Shrimp" and "Pineapple Fried Rice with Beef". Everything was packed with flavours and cooked just right. We ended our meal with the famous Thai dessert, "Mango Sticky Rice" which was delicious and beautifully decorated.

I went to Hello Bangkok for the first time and we just walked around before we decided to go here…read morein Port Credit and it looked busy so we decided to check it out. This was on a Friday night and the patio was almost full. We ended up sitting on the patio, beside the in and out door. To drink I ordered the pineapple coconut martini and I was really surprised that it didn't taste strong but it was strong or maybe I felt it more because I hadn't eaten too much before that. It tasted ok but I wouldn't order it again. We ordered the Bangkok style Pad Thai with shrimp and the pineapple fried rice With chicken. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. People that arrived after us, that's two parties one party of two and another party of three to four both got their food before we did Then I saw the pineapple Fried rice come out but then they didn't bring it to our table, they brought it to the table of four and when the server was asking them about it I saw the guest gesturing to take it and then I saw the manager come out quickly and take it back from them and guess what that was actually ours. When I told the manager he just said wait a minute wait a minute and he went back but minutes went by after that and I food still didn't come out. When the manager came out the second time I said we didn't get our food yet and we've been waiting a long time and then he brought out both dishes the pineapple fried rice which by now was cold and the Bangkok style Punta which was hot. The food tasted great. The food quality is excellent. The service kind of sucked because there's not that many of us out there and they really should have noticed that we haven't got our food. We were seated just beside the door so it's not really like we're invisible because they had to pass us each time they went in and out. I'm really disappointed in the service and that the manager knowing gave us cold food that was supposed to be served hot. We probably should have sent the pineapple fried rice back. Since he knew he was giving us food that was cold by now, I suspect they wouldn't have fixed it. I'll never know. I'm really disappointed to have this experience. I took one star off because our food took so long to come out and other tables who came after us for served before us. I took another star off was because our food got served to another table initially and that table even accepted it. And the last star I took off because when I told the manager I think it was ours and it was, he didn't listen and said one minute but it did still didn't come out after that. I had to ask again and then he brought out the same dish that was served to another table and I know that's true because it was cold. The manager knew this and still served it to us. Shame on you.
