Roast beef quality is nasty. Instead of taking time to slice roast beef paper thin, an Arby's standard. They cut 1/4 inch disgusting slabs of un shaved Arby's meat. Horrible. I used to enjoy some Arby's here and there. In the future it certainly won't be here, or there, for that matter. Sandwiches are built sloppily and messily. Flavors are bland. Went for happy hour $1 slider, fries and shakes. I had 3 sliders roast beef, ham, and a corned beef also has fries and vanilla shake. Sliders were a surprise not bad for what they were I'm not a fan of the fries. The shake was very good another surprise. The service was very fast and very friendly. My meal from drive through today was awe full. They put so much sauce on my #5 that it was the biggest mess and almost inedible. I scraped a ton off and still left with a ton on sandwich. Sorry I asked for a sandwich with no tomato is this what made you do this or did the lid fall off when applying sauce then make a new one read more

Usual Arby's, generally fairly fast and clean. Been here a bunch of times and they usually don't mess up my order.

This place has gone downhill. Every time I get food it's cold. Just picked up 2 French dips and curly fries. Everything was ice cold. Buns were not heated at all. I live 2 minutes from the restaurant. My food shouldn't be that cold. Last time I will visit this Arby's!! read more

I ordered the fire roasted philly sandwich and it was a mushy hot mess. There was so much sauce it was running down my hands. The bun was either stale or had been nuked because the ends of it were brick hard. The peppers were mushy too. It was gross. Will never order that again. In fact they have been a disappointment the last few times I have gone. And the prices are high. read more

You know how sometimes, you can tell the person working @ the drive through is just going through the "get em through quickly" method. No pizzaz. "whatcha want?" "is that all?" "pull up". They sound monotonous and you can tell they are just there for the paycheck and cant wait to go home. That is not the case here. They use an inviting tone of voice and make an effort to appear as though they like their job. Tone of voice really does make a difference through a drive thru. read more

The drive thru at this location is a train wreck. I don't know about the dining room, but I can't imagine it's any better. They are the slowest fast food and the slowest Arby's I've ever been at, and that's saying something. The line takes forever to move, and when you get to the speaker, no matter how slow you talk it's always too fast for them. Last time the guy said "whoa, whoa, whoa, slow down there." How rude. This time there was a different guy and I spoke slow like you would talk to a little kid. After I finished my whopping 3 items, he said "I didn't get any of that." This was after I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes after the two people I'd been waiting behind for another 5 minutes had already ordered, gotten their food and left. I'm never going to this location again - I'll wait for the new one on Van Dyke to open. I don't like Arby's enough to put up with these clowns. read more

This is my main Arbys stop, never really had a problem here, My orders are always complete and I like that they take more then 1 coupon ( not like Sonic ) and with there coupons ( the ones I use ) you can use up to 6 times in 1 visit. I like there buffalo sauce that I use on their tenders and they probably have some of the best cheese sticks this side of utica rd. Their chocolate Turn overs are awesome as well. read more
