The sandwich was generous portion and the meat was lean and not too fatty and the bun had a little toasty crisp (nice touch!). Three homemade sauces to choose from: Original (zingy), Pepper (tangy) and Honey mix (too sweet for my taste). The collards were the star of the meal. Al dente to the bite (not limp overdone) and not swimming in liquid. The beans were very good. All in all a great detour for any hungry traveler or local! Thanks Bev for making me feel at home.
