Popped by on Easter. The curly fries had one longer than1.5", the rest were shards. Poppers were not spicy. The tea tastes bitter and tasted of twigs and chemicals, and the onion rings were undercooked inside and overcooked outside. I'm not happy with any of the sides today. I haven't been to Arby's in a very long time but me and my hubby happen to be in PA and wanted to grab a quick bite on the way home . They have definitely come a long way with that menu. They have quite a few different things to choose from if roast beef isn't your thing. My hubby ordered a fried chicken sandwich it was ok definitely didn't look like the picture. They have a deal 2 original roast beef or beef with cheese for $5 . Which isn't bad . Also you gotta love the curly fries . This evening at 7PM we pulled up to the Drive-Up. Placed a very simple order for two people. We were told to pull up and they would bring the order out. After 10 minutes and two other people waiting in the small front parking lot it was getting crowed there. Drove back around to drive up to see someone parked there. On to the order pickup window and someone parked there. Back to parking lot and car that was there after up got impatient and went in but returned to car. Person brings out his order to him a few minutes later employee goes back in and a few minutes later they bring our order and go back in. Here it comes....no sauces! Go back inside to get sauce and was told to use pump at counter. Tell them it was a drive up order and finally got the sauce packets we ordered. I have never seen a fiasco like this in my life. Even if this place was busy (and it was not) this is a sign of poor management. Unbelievable! read more

This place was so close to becoming one of those viral video of a customer berating a minimum wage employee. Your heavy set middle aged woman making sandwiches at 12:30 on 5/29, took it upon herself to yell at my child who was waiting in line with me. Why? because he stood on their divider. A divider that's made of metal that could support the weight of a full grown 300 lbs female Arby's worker that tosses fries for a living. Now, why didn't she yell at the dude in front who was leaning on this divider? Maybe youre worried my child would hurt themselves? Then talk to my child, don't open your mouth like a fat opera singer who's never known love therefore has never been around a child to know how to speak to them. Or speak to me, the adult, "can you have your child stop climbing that divider?" Wow that would have been so hard. BUT no... let's scream "STOP CLIMBING THAT.... PLEASE." I get it, your job sucks as well as your life. Or maybe, realize your a cheap fast food joint that will have children in line. And if you wanted a divider that a kid can't stand on, put up a damn wall. I get it though, you can't change the dumb design flaw of your tacky ass waiting area. But don't take that out on other people. Hell, my child knew he made a bad choice. But to be scolded at that level of vocal intensity is absurd. This place was last on the list of places to stop, and we only did so because of the traffic jam out front, but the hell if I'll drop a dollar at some place that employs that type of person. This is always one of my favorite stops, when I need food along my travels from Philly to north-central PA. This location is always nice, clean, and comfortable to visit for the typically delicious Arby's food. Sometimes ordering can be a little slow, but the staff are always so friendly. And, it's a beautiful location to dine while looking out at the bustling traffic on busy Route 61. read more

75% of the beef was under cooked the bread wasn't toasted enough the mens restroom smelled better than the lobby.

Ok, so another chain, yet I have never been to an Arby's. I wanted to try it since we don't have them up this way anymore and I am glad I did. I didn't hate the place, but I didn't love it. This is more of a 2.5 star review. The roast beef was ok, but tasted more like a deli meat that comes pre-sliced in a glad plastic container from any grocery store. It was nothing like the roast beef you can get in MA (no wonder Arby's is sparse up here!). The horseradish mayo was good, but i wasn't too much a fan of the BBQ sauce, it didn't have that kick. I did enjoy that you can put as much or as little of the sauces on your beef as you want. The loaded potato wedges though...they were gooooood and oh so fatty with its ranch dipping sauce. I probably won't come to Arby's often, but if it was the only thing around, I would do it. Glad I tried it! read more

This isn't a review of Arby's as much as it's a review of THIS Arby's in particular. Fabulous, friendly, fast, fantastic counter-staff and kitchen crew. We dont have Arby's near home, but when we're on road trips my husband gets his feedbag on at whatever Arby's is on the way (or even a reasonable detour away). It's all about the Jamocha shake baby! Arby's is everywhere, yet I hadn't had it in years when we decided to stop here when looking for a quick lunch while on a road trip. The classic roast beef is the same as always, and delicious when paired with the melty cheesy goodness of the beef and cheese. Grab some curly fries too as they are nice and crispy and as good as ever. Arby's is also the only place on earth you can get a jamocha shake, so stock up! read more

Wow. I have always had great food from here, but tonight I had a roast beef (if that's what you want to call it) sandwich that was so disgusting, I threw it out. The roast beef was shredded so finely that the texture was gross. And it was as if the person scraped the griddle because part 30% of the shavings were burnt. I do agree with Veronica on one point though, the gals at the drive-up window deserve 5 stars. read more

I will never use this Arby's again. My Family and I went to the drive thru this evening. We got to the window and paid for the meal only to be given the wrong order. Instead of just giving us what we had order they said they could not find the meal in the system and told us we would need to go through the drive thru again. At this point we told them we just wanted our money back. We were advised to pull forward and told the manager would bring the money out, After 20 mins walked up to the window to ask where the manager was and was told she was busy. After demanding to speak to her she finally came to the window and told me she was busy and had other customers to deal with. She only gave me my money back after I stood in front of the window holding up the customers. She definitely needs to have her customer service skills refreshed. Do not go here under any circumstances, even if you are starving to death. read more
