Stopped at this Pilot truck stop and used the wash machine -- it was extremely dusty and clearly not cleaned. My clothes came out worse than before. I don't think I have ever had a bad meal from Arby's. Gyros are delicious and yes they definitely have the meats.

It has gotten so much better since the remodel. It clean and bright. The food is delicious I had the double meat French dip. If you had a negative experience there before try it again. Much improved. read more

Located in the Pilot Travel Center in Hayti, imho this location ranks at the bottom of the Arby's chain for service. I have been here several times and you are met by surly, uninterested employees that do the bare minumum to get the food out. The dining room is worn down from the masses of people who pass through. The employee reactions may be due to clueless customers who travel in large groups studying the menuboard for 10 minutes trying to figure out if they want a Beef and Cheddar or a Regular Roast Beef sandwich. But the Pilot next door isn't any better. Hayti isn't known for it's fine dining establishments. Unfortunately I like Arby's, and this is the only one between Sikeston and Memphis. read more

The food itself was not bad but there were gnats EVERYWHERE and ants crawling all over the counter where the soda machine was. A gnat flew into my cup as I was filling it up. At the counter the employee was swatting flies away from my food while handing it to me, I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like. I wiped a dirty table and booth down with my own Clorox wipes, sat down to eat and was swarmed with flies so I went to eat in my car. Hard pass. read more

Been here a couple of times. Food I'd always great always cooked correctly. The store is very nice. That staff is rude. In fact if you're white they treat you like a pile! I had a black gentleman order in front of me, he got the nice cashier. I get up to order she's rude. The black lady behind me got the nice cashier too. if I could give a lower score, I would. The girl taking my order was resting her chin in her hand, elbow on the counter. It was sooooo much trouble to push a couple of buttons to get my order. My sandwich had been sitting for a while...the bottom bun was hard, the top one soggy. The seating was ripped, torn. This was about 80% of the seats there. Our table was sticky, but one of the workers was "cleaning" the empty tables. Two sprays and a quick wipe. I have been to some nice Arbys, but chose not to visit this one again. read more

Eating on long road trips is tough as my wife doesn't like "fast food" and, traveling with a dog, we don't have time for "slow food". Usually she will say okay to a Classic Roast Beef at Arby's so after about 10 hours on the road yesterday we stopped at the first Arby's indicated by a sign at an exit on I-55 in Hayti, MO which turned out to be located in a Pilot fuel stop. What a mistake! My wife couldn't finish her sandwich saying it was the worst Arby's she had ever had. That unhappy experience was supplemented by the table top being so sticky our napkins stuck to it. The horse radish sauce dispenser was empty and the crowning shot was a counter clerk who couldn't have cared less whether we ate there or not. This unhappy experience was brought about by thinking an Arby's is an Arby's which could have been avoided by reading previous posts about this location. Arby's should terminate this franchisee. read more

If you like Arby's this isn't one to eat at. Your really taking a chance if your going to get decent service or for that matter decent food. My wife and I use to stop here on or way back from the casino boat in Caruthersville and it was a gamble if or food was given to us on time or if it was edible so we eventually stopped eating here all together. One time it took over forty five minutes just to get or food. They had three of the most stupidest, laziest, rudest, employees working there one night. They had cars lined up in the drive through and they were moving at a snails pace getting the food out. One employee was more interested in''dancing'' and singing to the lousy rap music playing on the radio then getting or food out to us. We were ready to ask for or money back but finally we received or food. It wasn't fit to feed to a dog. Very cold and disgusting. I spoke to the manager of this place about or experience and she was just as ignorant as the employees that worked there. So this is one Arby's to avoid. read more
