Nice clean McDonald's. It needs more outlets if it is trying to be modern. There are might be only 2 wall plugs in the dining area. Hard to do work and eat McDonald's at the same time if my laptop ran out of power. Service is pretty good, they bring my breakfast to me Probably no one will ever read this review because this McDonalds is in the middle of nowhere. Manager was extremely rude. That is not the first time I have heard her be rude with customers. We go there quite often and I do not appreciate being spoken to the way she spoke to us. Not once did she apologize to us. Very entitled attitude. Most employees are very nice but this woman, especially for being the manager, was very rude. While traveling down the interstate, I made a quick stop here to pick up some french fries inside. The service was slow, but the fries came out, hot and fresh. The bathrooms were clean and plenty of parking available here. read more

We must have come at the right time because the food that we got at this location was the best McDonald's I've ever had. So good that it compelled me to leave a review. I ordered two quarter pounders with cheese, a 10-piece nugget and fries. Everything was just cooked fresh to the perfect temperature. The buns were so fluffy and symmetrical, our order looked like it came out of the commercial. Our toddler slammed more of the nuggets and fries than he has from anywhere else. That, in itself, speaks to the quality, in my opinion. 10/10 for a road trip, drive thru car lunch. read more

My husband and I usually have good service, but not today, today the person at the window got my order wrong, she then proceeded to tell me that I would be charged for the missing sandwich. Hayti, Mo has been pretty terrible the last several years. As someone who used to work for McDonald's, I knew it was a problem that could easily be fixed. The owners and the GM, Pat, have done a great job slowly turning it around. They've replaced a few people I see and brought in some good help. It's still not where it should be but I feel it's on the right track to getting turned around. Night time is where they really lack. Most fast food places do lack at night time. read more

If want to give props to an excellent employee at the Hayti McDonald's store. Josh takes orders in the morning, his voice is so bright and cheerful and he is always very nice and polite. In my this day and age that we live in when everyone is rushed, including workers at restaurants, it is nice for someone to take time to wish you a good day. He always makes my day a little brighter. Unfortunately, I live on an area where there are very few places to eat, fast food or eat in. Three times in three weeks I have ordered a fish sandwich without tartar sauce. All three times it came with tartar sauce. Even after I had to wait a few extra minutes for the special order. I am done with this McDonald's. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 15 or 20 minutes to the next one down the road.
