It's Chick-fil-a. Not much more to say as they are probably the best at customer service in the business. While others are automating everything I get to walk up and speak to a very polite person that speaks English very well. The food is consistent. The interior is bright and typically clean. They are usually well staffed with friendly folks that seem to actually want to be there most of the time. These are some of the reasons this is the only chain I support. I also love the contemporary Christian music that is usually playing. I can get a good chicken sandwich elsewhere but it is the atmosphere that goes with the chicken sandwich that keeps me coming back. read more

We ordered 30 piece nuggets, an extra 5 piece nuggets, gallon of tea plus a peach milkshake and medium fries through the ap. All of our food took less than 8 minutes to be ready even though they were busy! Restrooms were clean enough and staff was friendly. read more

Don't normally write fast food reviews but on a road trip and went way out of our way to get to this chick-fil-a lol been craving some bc it's not up north. Well this one is odd. Staff all high schoolers although curt was oddly stiff n unlike any other chick-fil-a we've been to. But that's fine. Only issue was the fries were not good here. Either they gave us old fries or they aren't frying it right. Not crispy by soggy. Sandwiches n nuggets r fine tho. Sweet tea just as good. In the smack of a bunch of McD's we chose this lol But we love our chickfilas just this one could've been better. Esp bc we drove out of our way away from the highway to find this place. It could be fresher? But still better than some dirty fast food places. Also same time there was a strange guy in there harassing the clerk and checking out the kids and my kid. Had an 9dd feeling about him. Cops were in there too. So kinda fishy. Glad we just took out and drove off. Just an odd experience overall. read more

I had every intention of getting what I would consider to be a great breakfast this morning. It's the Lord's chicken and it is supposed to have the best service of all fast food chains. I received neither. I had had a bad experience yesterday morning also, but it was not worthy of review. The second day in a row. Yes. I went inside and placed my order. That was fine. The cashier was friendly. I watched my order sit behind the counter for several minutes unsure if it was my own before a teenager broke from the cluster of other teenage employees oblivious to the work they are supposed to be attending to to retrieve my meal. I was in there for 10 minutes before leaving with a drink that I discovered to have had no ice and an 8 inch long brown hair on my chicken biscuit. I love Chick Fil A. I hate this location. I am disappointed and the Lord is disappointed. read more

Horrible! The Cokes are nasty. Asking for extra condiments is frowned upon. They can't put the top on your drink correctly. The employees moving beside your vehicle on the sidewalk is extremely dangerous! It's "please pull up" constantly while you're trying to place your order. This location isn't run as good as the Jackson location. read more

This has got to be my favorite Chick-fil-A that I have visited. As I was eating and reading the news on my phone, a lady came by twice and asked if she could "refresh my drink" for me. The second time, I let her. A few minutes late, after I had finished my nuggets and fries, she asked if I was finished and if she could take my tray. Motorcycle road trip and after a pit stop for gas at the local station I spied the Dyersburg Chick Fil A and glad to go inside for Fantastic Service along with my quality meal!!! Shaniya served me and I could see her name tag indicating Trainee status. Shaniya provided friendly, courteous service under the watchful and helpful eye of her Trainer Paige! I visited here on April 9, 2022. I went through the drive through, and a tan boy with dark hair named Barret came to my car to take my order. When he approached my car, he asked how my day had been. I told him how me and my 4 year old son had just gotten back from my mother's funeral. After I told him what I wanted, he read back my order and I gave him my payment. He told me to wait a second and I was confused at first (I was the only one in line) and then he began tapping on his little iPad. He then grabbed a $5 bill out of his back pocket, put it in the little fanny pack money pouch and told me that we would have a second order at the window. He told us that he was sorry for our loss and that he had bought us 2 chocolate chip cookies on him. This made my little boy's day. In one of the hardest times my family has been through, Chickfila was a bright spot. I don't know what they teach people here, but whatever they do, they're doing right. Christmas Eve exceptional service We ran in with 3 toddlers less than an hour before closing on Christmas Eve on a long road trip.
