Buyer beware, read your receipt! I ordered the 2 for $7 deal and they charged me $7.95 plus tax. When I asked the cashier she handed the receipt to the manager who had processed the order. She laughed and then gave me a dollar back. I asked her why she charged me that in the first place and she claimed it was an accident. This woman needs to be fired, probably does this to everybody just to boost sales and pocket the money. I asked her for my receipt back so I would have proof but she claimed she threw it away. Gave Arby's a try today-got the beef and cheddar classic sandwich with a side of curly fries. The curly fries were just ok, but I did enjoy the ranch dipping sauce. This particular Arby's does pretty good though they have their foibles. If you requested no ranch dressing on your sandwich multiple times but still got it, here is what you'll need to remove it: 1. 14 full paper towels 2. 9 minutes of time 3. Spaghetti strainer 4. Willingness to discard one whole piece of the provided bread. 5. An iron will. 6. A cool, calm, hand. 7. A tolerance for at least a tiny bit of ranch flavor because, let's face it, you're not getting it all. Too many more instances like this and I may have to get into the roast beef fast food business. There's a vacant lot next door that's ripe for a pirate-themed roast beef restaurant. I will call it Harby's and my employees will greet you with a tri-top hat, eye patch, and a raspy "welcome to haaaarrrbys!" upon your arrival. Regular Arby's won't stand a chance. Ultimately, I'm going to keep going here until Harby's opens. read more

What keeps places like Arby's in business against all these other fast food joints is their customer service. Don't recall the last time I was so welcomed at a fast food establishment. The general manager Angel was very welcoming. Even took the time to read the name on my credit card & jot it down to call my name when my order was ready. Now that's customer service. Family and I decided to stop at this Arby's for dinner on our way down to illionis. We stayed in the car and used the drive thru. The accuracy of our order was spot on, the employee at the speaker and window was very friendly, and the food was put together well. The only negative is that it took much longer than anticipated. You think for fast food, it should be fairly quick. We were only one of two cars in the drive thru. We weren't in a rush, so it wasn't that big of a problem. Yet, it was the one thing I come away with from this stop. Still give it 4 stars (but if I was in a rush, it would be 3 stars). *My picture was taken from the drive thru while waiting in line... I was charged the wrong amount and after playing telephone tag for 2 days, I finally spoke to the manager. After she acknowledged the mistake was made she laughed at me and said she will mail me my owed change. I spoke to employees at the time of the order as well as an assistant manager prior to the manager, all of which didn't understand or were not willing to determine how that the mistake was made. This is not surprising since the manager laughed at me regarding the fact that I would even dare to ask for my correct change. This store really needs a lesson on customer service!!! Stopped in on the way home. Tried Wendy's, but the line was so long we walked next door to Arby's. No line here... Another try at this chain on a holiday Monday. This time, I gave the Roast Beef & Cheddar a try. The beef was ample and pretty warm if not hot. The cheese, however, covered maybe 1-1/2". The picture shows cheese coming out the sides, which may be excessive, but this was embarrassing. More than my previous trip to an Arby's, but this indicates that the put maybe 1/2 squirt of cheese on their sandwiches. An added star for the curly fries. These seem to be their strong point. Another place to stop at if you're traveling through, but not a place to plan on. read more

They should change their slogan from , "We have the meats" to "We DON'T have the meats." I remember a time when Arby's would put a decent amount of meat in their sandwiches. Well, times have changed, at least at this restaurant. I haven't been to Arby's in a long time. So, when I was driving home from Wisconsin and saw the sign off 94, I thought I'd stop in for a bite. I ordered their beef-n-cheddar with extra cheddar. What I got was a bun with two or three thinly sliced pieces of meat, and very little cheddar cheese. I didn't finish my sandwich and headed for the door. C'mon Arby's. Quit skimping on the meats. I gave them two stars because their Jamocha shake was pretty tasty. read more

The worse meal I've ever had. I ordered the Ruben sandwich meal and got two pieces of soggy bread, bunch of meat pushed to one side, and some sauce that was questionable. Fries were burnt. The only good thing in my order were the mozzarella sticks. And it all cost 13.90. Do yourself a favor and don't go to that one. First, long wait. Then, wrong sandwich. Had to turn around and prove it with my receipt. And the pretzel bites that I ordered. OMG! One of the most disgusting things I've ever eaten and I love Auntie Anne's pretzels. There was not a single piece of salt on the pretzels as in the picture and as usual on Auntie Anne's pretzel bites. Second, they were very soggy. I went to this Arbys last weekend. Its alot cleaner since they did some remodeling. I got a chicken salad which was suprisingly fresh and tasty. Though it is a little more expensive then other FF places but a little more quality and not too greasy. read more
