The service was the absolute worst service I have ever experienced. Other than the exchange at the drive thru menu board, the staff didn't speak to us at all. They forgot an item on our order and when we finally got their attention they got our food but no apology or thank you or anything. Will find another place to eat next time. Terrible Steakhouse Garlic Ribeye Sandwich Sandwich looked nothing like the sandwich I see advertised on tv. Less than half as thick as pics - couldn't even distinguish the layers. Worst of all was the meat was hard and every bite was full of gristle. First bite was the big piece of gristle, second and third bites were the other pieces. I opened the sandwich and all I saw was gristle meat. I gave up after that. There wasn't a good enough bite to discuss flavor. Wish I could see where to include a pic of that mess. News Flash!! Huge improvement! New staff and this young woman named Theresa is so professional and gave me a great customer service experience. She asked if I wanted to donate to charity (I did) and if I wanted to try the seasonal shake (I did); the recommendation was worth it. I am glad I gave this place another chance. I mostly hit the drive thru but the inside is pretty clean now too. Wait for food is approximately 3-5 mins. I do not recommend the kids meal because they don't give toys. I am still sitting here as I write this review and while this is a fast food chain, certain things should be automatic. The service was trash. There are about 6 workers that I can see in here and they are all joking about their boss and also on their phones. Not sanitary but I digress. Point is, it's unprofessional to talk about your boss with customers present. The store smells like absolute ass. So many people not working, one would assume the place could at least be clean. The bathroom is atrocious and the toilet doesn't flush. Appears as if if hasn't been cleaned in weeks. What are these people even doing here and how is this place profitable? Disgusting. I just tried Arby's crispy chicken and bacon sandwich and all I can say is WOW! The chicken was both crispy and juicy. When combined with the crispy bacon, cheese, lettuce and tomato this way far and away the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. It easily beats both Chick-fil-A and Popeyes! Wrapped up a long day by picking up a roast beef and cheddar meal to take home and enjoy. It's been years since I've had Arby's, and I've always been a fan, so I was looking forward to it. I customized my order by adding lettuce, tomato, and red onion--man I couldn't wait to dig in. Drive thru it is! The attendant who took my order was friendly and even made a joke while ordering which made me laugh. Only one car in front of me at the window--getting close! ....7 minutes later it's my turn to pull up. Sigh. At least it'll be fresh. My turn to pull up to the window. ....5 minutes more before I get my food. Seriously? What on earth is taking so long? Perhaps it's my custom order of lettuce, tomato, and onion. Ok, got my bag in my passenger seat and my soda in my cup holder. I'm off! After stabbing the straw in my drink I swig what was supposed to be a Coke...ahhh this is root beer. Oh well, it'll do. On the road home and cruising. Completely digging the fries as I reach in the bag at the red light. If only I could squirt a mixture of Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce on em. It'll have to wait till I get home. Alas, 15 minutes later I'm in the house and ready to chow down. Clearing a spot on the island I pull out what remains of my fries reach for the roast beef and cheddar...yummm I can't wait to pull the top bun off and squirt Arby's sauce and Horsey sauce all over the warm gooey cheese. Man, this sandwich feel awfully thin...why can't they make them like they do in the commercials! I pull open the foil and to reveal my beef and cheddar sandwich...minus the beef and cheddar! What the...this can't be right? I look back into the bag...you've got to be kidding me. My stomach growls its displeasure. I'm so hungry! No way am I driving 15mins back to Arby's to fix it. I finally realize that it's fries and soda for dinner for me tonight. Considering the entire experience with this Arby's location, I'd have to be hard pressed to go back again. Ridiculous drive thru wait times, wrong drink provided, and NO MEAT provided. Completely unsatisfactory. I recommend saving yourself the stress and avoiding this location too. read more

Staff was very rude when I asked for extra condiments in the drive-through. The experience was so bad that ill never return.

Food is good but they are getting worst every time I come here. Something always has to be messed up. This time it was the tea. I asked for sweet tea with no sugar in it. Worst Arby's I've ever been to. Went around 7pm and all the lights were turned off as if they were closed. They didn't have a lot of items including Arby's sauce. The shake machine kept messing up and I think I got a bad batch. I should've checked the bag before driving away but at this point I needed to leave. No surprise, got the wrong order. I was at the Leonardtown Maryland Arbys and had placed a order. When I went to the window, I was informed they could not take gift cards. I was shocked. I just drove away without a word. This is not acceptable. I have to drive almost a half hour to redeem my gift cards. read more

I went for dinner NOW mind you the closest Arby's is 25 minutes away from me! I very well could have gone to the grocery store and bought everything to make the Ruben but I was being lazy and didn't feel like cooking. I was in total shock So I ignore and proceed with my order and ask for a tea half sweet half unsweet she tells they are all out of sweet tea so I tell her ok 2 unsweet teas I get my food & drinks and pull off I take a drink of what was supposed to be tea and is soda( been like 6 yrs since I had a soda) I go back inside to complain and tell them I just want an unsweet tea instead of the soda they gave me. As the girl on frontline goes to get my unsweet tea I can hear all three girls mumbling but not before the 2 working the window poked their heads around the corner as if I did something wrong The next time I want Arby's I will drive the 45 minutes to charlotte hall where the service is sooooooo much better and the employees are sooo much more curtious read more

This place is not operating well at all. Yesterday was our second bad experience in a row. After waiting almost 30 minutes in line we received market fresh sandwiches with hardly any meat at all and so much mayonnaise we had to throw out them out. They also somehow ran out of curly fries and Diet Dr. Pepper. We're one more bad visit away from excluding Arby's from our short list of options in Leonardtown. read more

Why 3PM no one behind me you said to make fresh fries hello I got cold crums and no condiments as requested. I went there on Saturday afternoon and placed an order for a #1 with sliced cheddar and a #16 with just bacon. When I drove away I didn't get any cheese on my #1 and the #16 had lettuce and tomato along with the bacon. I then went into the store and said I wanted a refund on the sandwiches. I didn't get a hassled over the refund, but how hard is it to get food the way you want it. On top of it my bill was $24 for 2 combos and just a sandwich. Way over priced for them to screw up. Food was OK, but don't expect it to be right when you get it. Also the speaker on the drive through needs to be replaced, at their prices they should be able to afford to keep it working properly. read more
