We dined around 6:00 PM and were seated immediately. I had the half and half seafood platter, crab cake and fried oysters. The crab cake was 100% crab, little to no filler. The oysters were delicious, lightly breaded and cooked to perfection.

    Avocado toast

Everything was great! I got the burrito with scrapple and onion and it was nicely crisped and cooked. They got homemade hot sauce that was fire here's the gf's avocado toast that she says "was plentiful and perfectly crisped with homemade avacado"

We've been here twice since they opened and each time we had good experiences. The staff was friendly and the service was quick each time. They've revamped the inside and it looks great. Parking can be a bit challenging if they're busy, but that isn't something that deters us from visiting. On our first visit we ordered the beef bulgogi egg rolls and the blue cheese chips. Both were good but the eggs rolls were our favorite. I had the caprese salad for my main and my husband had the Spicy Honey Chicken Crunch sandwich. My salad was fresh and my husband said his sandwich was very good. On our second visit, we had the beef bulgogi egg rolls again, because they're that good. My husband had the beefy melt and I had the Twisted Grilled Cheese. I was a little disappointed with my sandwich because it was advertised as coming with grilled jalapeño corn bread, but the bread was more like a cross between corn bread and sourdough vs a traditional corn bread. I also thought it was a little pricey. The sandwich was $19 and I paid an additional $4 for sweet potato wedges. I will say the sandwich itself was very large, I couldn't finish it. It was good, but probably not something I'd order again. We will definitely be back.

Came on a mid-afternoon on Saturday. Slightly busy but no wait for a table. Nice selection on the menu and the food was delicious! Very bright inside. Courteous, friendly and prompt service. Will come back in the future!

    Sausage burrito with hash browns

Had the sausage breakfast burrito and it was to die for! By far the best one I've ever had. I added onion and tomato. It was so well made you got a bite of each item in every bite. I hate when all the sausage is in one part of the burrito but not here! Clearly they take their time when putting it together and it showed. Hubby had sausage gravy and he also loved it. But after a bite of my burrito he was convinced I made the better choice. We had hash browns and they were also good. My only suggestion....maybe add omelets to the menu and real home fries. The menu says home fries but they are hash browns. People were really friendly! Can't wait to come back and try the lunch menu. Also....pricing was fine! $14 for the burrito but the portion was totally justified! I could have shared it for sure.

Grilled chicken sandwich and fries. Delicious! I also had the Caprese Salad which was the best I've had in this area!

Slow service. Food is okay. They seem to run out of certain foods on the daily. It's cute inside though.

We ordered their crab cakes and crab stuffed mushrooms. My coworker and I shared onion rings and crab fries. I can tell you that was the only time I had crab. I was crabbed out by the end of this meal. Servers were chill. We came before closing and they welcomed us in. They have a nice view of the water during the day. This place was walking distance from where we stayed. Unless you're from there and you've been here before it's at the end of the road to the left by the ocean. I decided to try it out and will say the view is great but the food itself was lacking. Firstly, I'll talk about the place. It's an easy drive to get too, but it's a bit secluded since you have to get to the water. It has a small parking lot, but shouldn't be a problem. The place is relatively clean and well spaced out. The servers are very nice. They ask if you want to sit inside or outside in case you want a better view of the water. The food is what I was looking forward to. The table ordered the crab dip as an appetizer. It came with crackers and bread and was pretty good. But the dip was mostly filler and I didn't feel like it had enough crab in it. I ordered the Basket and had 2 crab cakes and 3 fried shrimp. The shimp was well seasoned. However, they fry it with the shell on. This means you'll be spitting out shrimp shell as you bite into it. The crab cakes were actually delicious - very flavorful and filling. We also ordered rockfish for the table. I understand it's a white fish, so when it would fall apart in my mouth I knew it was way overcooked in the fryer. Each piece would desintegrate in my mouth and only leave behind a clump of soggy batter. Overall, I don't think the food is good. If all you want to order is crab cake then this place is golden. Otherwise, maybe only come to see the nice view of the water and the bridge.

I found Blue Wind Gourmet searching for Yelp to fuel up after a business meeting and before a long drive in the rain (east coast in February!). I was a bit confused when I walked in. The space is a wine and chocolate bar and has a hipster wine bar look which is suprising for the area. They also have sandwiches (including crab cake) and soup (crab & corn chowder) so I ordered both and settled in. Coffee for me, no wine (too early), but the wine selection looks impressive. The food came out in maybe 5 minutes, hot and fresh. The crab chowder was delicious, plenty of identifiable crab lumps and good flavor. The crab cake also had crab lumps, not just shredded crab. I did wish the sandwich was a bit bigger though. It was maybe about 3 inches square. Service was prompt and friendly too.
