    This Arby's is connected to a gas station. I didn't get the same service that I normally receive at Arby's restaurants. They were slow as hell and barely spoke. The floor and countertops were not clean. My food was decent. My order was correct. They just fell a little short of my expectations.

    Service was pretty quick, line was long here and there but they got it decently under control. The lady that helped us was especially nice. It's basically a truck stop gas station restaurant combo so it's crowded and parking is really difficult. But if you need gas, and food, great place to stop.

    $6 brisket sandwich, should be $2

    Food is overpriced, very little value. Customer service was great but the size of the sandwich was pathetic I purchased the $6 brisket sandwich and was amazed at how small it was. Quite a disappointment

    Very cleanly and neat for a roadside fast food joint. If you're in a hurry but need a fix choose here to eat.

I'd like to praise sonic for looking out for people who cannot help themselves at this time. The service is great. The food is good, very good. Excellent, indeed. And I'd just like to say it's a very good place to eat. Don't mean try and take advantage of people like that. But like I said, they're very good people. I pray to God that we all make it through this hard time. But good people that working restaurant site this to help the little people. I am very proud of this sonics location and it's workers.

    Subject: Urgent: Customer Service and Management Concerns at Sonic (Marianna Location)…read more I hope this message reaches the right person, as I feel it is crucial to address a concerning incident. I have over 20 years of customer service experience, including a decade as a general manager under the Resier Corporation at Sonic in Marianna and Dothan. Given this background, I must bring a serious issue to your attention regarding the Sonic location in Marianna. During a recent visit, I waited 45 minutes for my order. Despite being notified that my carhop was on the way, she still took another 20 minutes to arrive. At that point, I noticed something concerning--she came from the opposite side, at the very end, which told me she was handling multiple orders at once. As a former manager, I was trained to avoid exactly this scenario, as it leads to confusion and mix-ups--something Sonic corporate specifically warns against. After receiving the wrong order, I returned it and explained that they should not have marked it off the screen so early, as it would result in these exact errors. Unfortunately, she became defensive and, rather than acknowledging the issue, claimed I had no right to instruct her. After I requested to speak with a manager, she walked inside, ignored us, and later admitted that she was indeed the manager. This raised another red flag--if she is a manager, she should not be acting as a carhop. Moreover, managers should not be accepting tips on top of their salary, and when I raised this, she threatened me with trespassing. I want to be clear--I did not harm her, I did not threaten her, and I simply corrected a process to avoid mistakes. It was deeply unprofessional, especially as I was with my 76-year-old mother. She was also wrongly threatened and trespassed, which is unacceptable, as we did not engage in any physical or verbal threats. At no point did either of us threaten anyone or act in a disruptive manner. The decision to issue a trespass warning to her, in particular, appears to be unjustified and improperly handled. This matter has caused unnecessary distress and concern, and I believe it warrants further review and accountability. Please ensure that your team is better trained in these procedures, and that managers know their role and limitations. I would appreciate a follow-up call to discuss this further, if possible.
