The waiters were all young men who were dressed in similar clothes resembling a uniform. They were polite and diligent. They have small sushi bar where they make their wonderful rolls. We asked for chop sticks, which our waiter promptly pulled out of his apron's pocket. The table was clean and set with a fork and spoon, and condiments. The green tea was also presented in a clean, ceramic white teapot with a ceramic cup. Our food came out shortly after presented in delicate cream colored ceramic dishes, which enhanced the food colors and overall presentation. The food was delicious and the portions generous. This place stands out and differs from the traditional Chinese restaurants where they serve a large tray of the main dish and a bowl of rice.
