After traveling all day on June 5, 2024, my husband and I were tired and hungry after settling into our hotel nearby. We saw that Ruby Tuesday was within walking distance from our hotel and made our way there. We were welcomed in as we stepped inside and quickly seated. Our waitress' name was Christina who took our drink order and brought us menus. She was very busy throughout our meal but was always quick to bring more drinks or bus our table when necessary. The restaurant decor is dated but everything looked clean. The atmosphere in the restaurant reminded me of a hometown diner. As we ate our meal, servers and customers coming and going greeted each other. Everyone was so friendly! My Top Sirloin was cooked medium rare as I requested. The Fish and Chips that my husband ordered were devoured by him. He also made several trips to the endless salad bar which is huge. It was a relaxing, decent meal after a long day. read more

Two people (one adult, one child) arrived at 4:03pm. We were sat immediately. It took us over 15 minutes to have our order taken. We had a kids salad bar, a cheeseburger (special), a to go order of Ribs, Steak and potato, plus a dessert. The to go order was asked for as a to go. It came out with my entree, but my entree was wrong so it had to be sent back and fixed. I got my food at 5:03. I was the only one with an entree. It was a burger and fries. I've always ordered to go (even from here) and got once I'm almost done with my entree not at the same time. It was going to be cold by the time I finished. I asked for them to keep it warm. Tina (waitress) said she asked me if I wanted it put in with my order and I do not recall her ever asking. My son also does not recall. But again, it's to go & a to go orders are typically put in later. I'm not sure why anyone would even ask that. But I digress- I called my husband, he obviously doesn't want a cold steak and ribs, so I returned it. When I told Tina we no longer wanted it cold, she grabbed it and hastily walked away. It was with attitude and she was quite rude about it. She did have it removed from our bill. I had to ask for refills, she never offered. The manager delivered our dessert to our table and never apologized or acknowledged the mistake of the to go order. The restaurant was clean and well lit. Bathroom was stocked & clean. Furthermore, Tina asked the couple behind me (came in after us, order 2 entrees, was offered several refills, received food before us.) if they were military or first responders & they said no. She said "Well you are tonight" then laughed, meaning she discounted their ticket. I was never rude or even impolite & I still left a tip because even with poor service I completely understand people have bills to pay. At the end when I paid with cash and asked for change, Tina did say she was frustrated because she wasn't able to give great customer service. I didn't reply. She was much nicer at the end than in the beginning or middle. Not sure why her bad day was coming out on my child and myself. Was very dirty with old food remnants on floor by salad bar and in windows of booth seats needed wiped out for a long time it appeared to build up and bad dust. My chicken Parmesan I sent back and had it taken off my ticket it was over crispy almost burned and salty I was very hungry and ready to eat but with the uncleanliness I could not reorder something else. The bathroom I did not use the smell and feces on toilet seat it was bad I'm sorry to post but someone has to fix their situation there's no excuse my bill was 76$ as well with others who were there they felt as I did. We were in town for a 2 day stopover. This was where we decided to eat, after being on the road for 6 hours, pulling our camper. Haven't been to Ruby Tuesday in years. They aren't in our area. They had the best quiche and salad bar. This visit wasn't anything spectacular. We were seated in the bar area. Immediately told that there was no soft drinks or draft, due to CO2 issue. We both ordered a burger with onion rings. For 14.00 a burger and 1.99 Upcharge for onionrings, it wasn't really worth it. The burgers were just so small. I thought they were trying to be white castles. Family got seated next to us and the same server proceeded to tell them all about the evening specials, which we were never told about. Walked over here for dinner from my hotel. Plenty of parking spaces for those driving in. I didn't see a hostess at the door so I just went straight to the bar area to eat. I tried sitting at a small table for two, but someone was sitting at the adjacent table...there wasn't enough room to pull the chair out and sit. I moved to the bar to sit. I got immediate service from both a waitress and the bartender. Pandemic protocols were loosely in place. I looked over the salad bar but decided to settle for something a little more solid. I tried the new Hot Honey Mustard Bacon Chicken sandwich. It was pretty good but the bun got kinda soggy from the honey mustard sauce. I chose tater tots as a side...they were warm. I prefer them hot, crispy, and fresh out if the fryer. Prices were pretty average. There are a few TV monitors in the bar area...if you're looking to catch your team playing. I came to this location before couldn't remember if the food was good. Because it's Ruby Tuesday and you know how it goes with them (all about location ). Anyways decided to come get something since I hadn't eaten all day. I must say staff (bartender and manager) showed me Great customer service. I ended up getting the soup and salad combo because it was kinda late and I figured I might get full quickly with the salad. I got the broccoli and cheese soup it had a funny taste to it. There wasn't much broccoli in there like one or two.. it was hard and had more cheese than anything. Honestly, I didn't care for the soup.. If I could give them 10 stars I would!!! We dined here today. Started off being promptly greeted by a sweet hostess (I forgot her name). She pleasantly took it upon herself to clean a booth for us. Then two young men walked up, and made sure I was being helped. They were just so sweet and accommodating, I never write reviews. But I had to get their names, Kendall and Alex. Our waitress immediately acknowledged me as she was walking by with drinks for another table. She was efficient, quick, and extremely knowledgeable about the menu. She was SO nice. I work in customer service so I usually can tell when somebody is acting fake. She seemed very genuine. I believe her name was Brittany, very long brown hair and glasses. The food was hot, presentation was 5 stars, my steak was actually cooked a perfect medium-well. I say that because it's so hard to get a steak cooked that way nowadays. We stopped here on our way to Pensacola. Lunch time. The place was pretty empty. We sat at the bar. Nobody there Except for 2 servers waiting for the bartender to come back too. We ordered, it took forever to get 1 cheeseburger in front of you. Ok burger and fries but the mayonnaise and mustard had been sitting out and were stiff with think skin on it : disgusting. I grew up thinking Ruby Tuesdays was the fanciest thing in my town, but of course I was a child, so when I finally grew up and expanded my experiences and food knowledge, I realized this not to be true. I've been to this location many times in the past, and sometimes it's good, sometimes it's not so good. This review is more based upon my most recent trips there. I always enjoy the atmosphere. Casual, yet nice, slightly spacious but also small at the same time. The wait staff is usually ok. I haven't met anyone that I thought to be very exceptional though. For the food, it depends on what you get. Some of the things are good and some are ok. I got the Bourbon Chicken on my last visit. The sauce is decent, but the portion size for the cost wasn't really worth it. I paid $13 for the salad bar, about 8 florets of broccoli, and a small chicken breast. The salad bar is a strong point though. You can get it unlimited, and they have quite a variety of things on it. Unfortunately, when I went they were out of at least half of their sides. I went for an early dinner on Easter, and it really wasn't very busy either. I also got the pineapple upside down cake. It was probably my favorite thing I ate. Soft and warm with a cold scoop of ice cream melting on top of the cake. It wasn't very much, but it was good. In the end I'll eventually go back, but probably not anytime soon. read more

I couldn't believe I was eating at a Ruby Tuesday, as this one was awful. After a long trying day, my husband and I decided to treat ourselves to a steak. He ordered the Prime rib for $19.99 and I ordered the 8 oz sirloin for $16.99. When our dinners arrived on platters, my husband's had his meat and 8 tater tots on his and I had my steak with 6 broccoli florets and an incredibly small scoop of potatoes on mine. I couldn't believe it. We could have eaten at a steakhouse for the same price with much better food and limitless yeast rolls. I took a bite of my steak, and while it was cooked MR as I had asked, it was so salty I couldn't eat it. It was covered on both sides with salt which was visible from across the table. I had a new steak cooked. Nearly a quarter of it was gristl and fat. There were no garnishes or anything to disguise the barrenness of the plates. Will never go there again. By far the worst service I have ever received. Waited 15 minutes for a table to enter the restaurant to see it half full. Upon finally being sat we waited 10 minutes for someone to come over to take our drink order. Once we ordered appetizers came within a suitable timeframe but when we asked for plates the waitress just ran. My husband went and got us from from the salad bar. Our meals came shortly after, but we were missing items. We were not checked on so we had to track down another server to get ketchup and our missing Cesar salad. Btw, the salad was horrible. Our waitress made us feel like we were inconveniencing her if we asked for anything. I would recommend not going here if you want any type of service. read more

Ruby Tuesday's has a reliable decent salad bar for when I am traveling. While the food isn't always the greatest, this particular location had some really exceptional staff who were attentive and pleasant. I would go there again while traveling on the 10 for salad and really nice folks. read more

Twice in two days and not just for convenience. After an early lunch my wife and I wanted something light for the evening and went to Ruby Tuesday for salad. They state that the garden bar has 50 ingredients and I can neither confirm nor deny that claim. I can say that the offerings are numerous and the ones I had were quite good. The next night we returned to order from the menu - Deb had steak and baked potato and salad all meeting her exacting specifications. I had shrimp, fries and coleslaw. Very good and well prepared. We were there 04/09/2023. The food was adequate. The service was Not. Server had 9 long acrylic nails. ( I believe that is a health code violation.. I was concerned that we may find the lost nail in our order.) Server was very slow. After waiting at door quite awhile. We had to wait for too long at the table. Server finally took our drink order . She eventually brought 2 of our party of 3 drinks. Eventually the 3rd drink arrived. Our salad plates were not removed in a timely manner. Our food finally arrived. 2 of our party ordered dessert to go . Server brought 1 dessert to table in Togo container. I in glass bowl. ( I overheard the table beside us say they had been waiting forever for their check. Eventually an employee informed them their order wasn't in their system. But it was evident they had been served a meal ..by the stack of dirty dishes on their table) But I digress it had taken soo long to get the dessert my friend just ate his dessert at the table while the other party's dessert melted. When the check FINALLY arrived it was approximately $40 more than it should have been. The server apologized Once again. She said we were right . That we had been overcharged. The food is fair for the price, the environment feels crowded and some of the staff really need to get the sticks out of their ass. They don't bus the tables until someone needs to be seated at that table, messy. The good servers get over burdened with multiple tables and can't keep up. No help for them as the bros who work there stand around and talk. One guy in particular, usually working as the host who shows you to your table and literally has NO OTHER responsibilities, has been incredibly rude every time. Tonight we had our son with us and we asked him for a booth, he replied there were no open booths; even though the whole section was full of empty booths. He asked us if we needed a high chair, and before we could reply he added, "I'd prefer if you didn't" He has a pony tail and glasses. EVERY single time I have visited this Restaurant I have had a horrific experience and the food SUCKS!!! I ordered a Long Island Ice Tea but couldn't finish it all so we asked for a to go cup not for me but my husbands plain ice tea . The server brought a coffee cup back so we asked another server for a to go tea cup oh but this citizen on patrol coffee cup server (even though he was no longer our server as we had paid him and given him a very generous tip) came rushing from out of nowhere when he saw my husband putting my drink in the cup!!! Food was decent. Salad bar was poorly stocked. Out of certain dressings. My boyfriend ordered half rack of ribs, got an appetizer and two rounds of beers. I ordered the salad bar. My boyfriend had about 3 or 4 pieces of mandarin oranges off of my plate as we sat to finish our beers . Didn't realize our waiter was spying on us during this... little weird. So they charged us an extra 4 dollars. Horrible from the moment I walked in and smelled what kind of smelled like mold. There was no one standing there to seat me so I waited for a couple of minutes before anyone even came over. I was seated and my arm stuck to the table. In one of the pics I took, you could see something icky and sticky on the table. It was a Saturday and it wasn't crowded, but I still sat a while in between drink refills. I ordered the sampler platter and when it came out, it didn't look like it should have come out of a restaurant/professional kitchen. The egg rolls look like they had busted and crumbled while being cooked and the rest of it did not look presentable (or edible, for that matter) at all. It didn't taste like there was any seasoning on it at all, either. I ate what I could and left the rest. Now, when I got the bill it was over $25. I had an appetizer, this meal and a soda, and less than half of my meal was actually edible. Unbelievable! Then, to top off this already horrible experience...when the waiter brings my ticket, I'm signing it and a bug crawls out from under it (see picture).
