This McDonald's is located along FL 71 and is just south of the interchange with I-10. The place is fairly easy to get to. My visit here was on August 25, 2022. My mom and I came in here after checking out of the hotel. Since the hotel didn't really have anything that we liked for breakfast, we came here before continuing to head west. I happened to look at other reviews on here after checking in, but we rolled with it. When we came in, we were greeted by the manager. She said that she would be with us in just a moment. One of their workers came over to the register to take our order. The ordering kiosks were down, so it had to be done at the counter. We kept breakfast simple. I went with a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit and my mom went with the Egg McMuffin with regular bacon instead of Canadian bacon. Within a few moments, our order was ready and picked it up at the counter. Both the biscuit sandwich and the Egg McMuffin were hot. You can tell that they were just freshly made instead of sitting on a warmer. We both had to wait a moment or two for it to cool down a bit. The biscuit that I had was done perfectly. It wasn't overcooked like I have had experiences at other locations at home in Virginia. My mom made the same comment to me about the Egg McMuffin too. In the end, the breakfast items we ordered were the way we should see it be in all McDonald's locations. Overall, this was a good visit. The staff were friendly and the food was great too. I can only speak to breakfast here, but if I happened to be in the area in the future and needed a quick breakfast, I would consider this place. read more

This has been the worst McDonald's experience I have ever witnessed. I dropped my wife & kids off so they could use the restroom and I stayed in the car to enter the drive-thru line. My wife & kids could have gone to the restroom, had a kids party with Ronald McDonald and still made it out before I ordered. I'm still in line after 26 minutes. I attempted to use the POS menu to place an order to eat at the restaurant but there were no table tents to place on the table. I spoke with the manager and was told it was faster and better to order in person. The idea of the table tents as envisioned by corporate is that by placing the table tents on your table, staff is suppose to deliver to your table. I am guessing they don't want to be bothered or are short staffed. This was intended by corporate to offer personalized friendly service. While on a road trip, we went through the McDonalds drive-thru and there was no line (luckily). When we were ordering our food, the drive thru worker was messing up our order and not getting what we were ordering, after a while, we finished and went to the window. Once we got to the window, they repeated the order and still forgot some stuff that we ordered. They kept messing up because the worker that was taking our order was talking with another worker while taking it and I assume that's why she was messing it up. Though their food standards are exactly that, standard for a drive through. The staff fails in acknowledging a customer. Multiple visits to this location (not by choice) and never have I been greeted with a "good morning" or "thank you". We had a god awful experience. We order literally one sprite and a sandwich in the drive through. When we get to the second window we receive a coke instead so we give it back and the employee doesn't say a thing, takes it back and replaces it. We drive off and then I taste it and she gave me soda water. So we go back and order another sprite to see if she did it on purpose. Turns out the second time I get my sprite. This particular employee is an absolute terrible person. At the slightest sign of extra work they cry and take frustration out on others. Walked in this afternoon and nobody was at the register. After several minutes a cashier took my order and walked away without giving me my receipt. I had to wait several more minutes at the register before she returned and I ask cashier for my receipt, waited 23 minutes for my frappe that should have came with my meal. Visiting from out of town for a wedding. Ordered, paid and Staff didn't take order correctly when drove up to the 2nd window my large drink was missing. I informed them and they said I didn't order one, I said yes I did because I specifically asked if either of my selections included a drink and was told it did not so I asked for a large diet Coke. Was told I would have to drive forward and wait for the line behind me to clear and they would bring one out to me and they were not going to charge me. I told the staff I didn't want to wait in line again to get a drink so I told them to forget it and drove off. I didn't understand their reasoning as to why I would have to wait. This store is trying to get everyone to use the order kiosks even for cash sales. This entails either entering your order yourself, or having an employee do it, then you have to go to the counter to pay. This causes extra work, and the bottom line is that "People don't like it!". I have seen numerous people turn and walk out rather than waste the time required. As for ourselves, if this continues, we will dine elsewhere. It' not like there's a shortage of places to eat.
