I went here with my swim team. I was in the process of finishing saying my order for like 3 minutes when my coach had told me I was taking too long and needed to move out of the way. I started crying for a very long time because of how embarrassing it was and the fact that I just wanted food after a long swim meet. I'm not even sure how she saw I was crying, but a worker came over and gave me some of the things I was trying to order, but for free. Even before that, she and the other worker were so nice. Stopped here on August 13 with my wife and son. The employees were all behind the counter conversing and didn't seem to be paying attention to conditions around them. We made our order and went to find a table. There was only one other couple in the restaurant but there was not a clean table to be had. My wife went up to the counter to ask for a cleaning rag with which to clean a table. A young lady came out with a rag in hand and a scowl on her face and started cleaning off tables -- directly onto the floor. The floor was filthy with crumbs and spilled liquids. The men's room restroom was filthy. The trash can was full with used paper towels on the dirty floor. Never going back. read more

Back in the 7th century AD, traders travelled across the semi-arid landscape of central Washington. Weary from their journey, most stopped at the Arby's next to Moses Lake to dine on curly fries and roast beef. Many nomads, satisfied by tasty mozarella sticks and intrigued by the 5 for $7.95 specials, decided to settle here and establish the modern-day city of Moses Lake. Now I may not be the best person to learn American history from, but I did work at an Arby's as a summer job making me a quasi-expert. Probably in the same way that Larry King is a quasi-expert on marriage. I can say that the roast beef for the sandwiches are well-cooked and most of the toppings are edible even after watching them being made. This Arby's is on a little side street that appears to mostly service the I-90 crowd: there's a few hotels and other fast food restaurants all on this same street. I tend to prefer Arby's; maybe from growing up eating one of their sandwiches every day at work. Maybe as a nice change of pace from the typical burger. Hard to say. But they typically have reasonable specials and the service you'd expect from a fast food chain. As for this particular Arby's, they have my thanks for indulging me while my car exploded outside. Since I parked right in front of the doorway, the steam from the hood enveloped the door and simulated a scene from a 19th century London thriller. And thanks to the staff who indulged me making multiple trips to the soft drink bar; refilling water to feed my thirsty car. Since I drove right on through Ellensburg without stopping at the Arby's there (a huge mistake on so many levels), I was in great need of a pit stop by the time I reached Moses Lake. To appease the Arby's gods, I pulled in beneath that beacon shaped like a giant cowboy hat. I didn't actually "eat" anything (also a huge mistake), but I did score an almost big-gulp sized Diet Pepsi. They had great fountain soda options. And, unlike the Ellensburg establishment, there was no grease fire in the kitchen, nor a line 100 people long. Yay! I definitely am a fan. read more

Well I would simply never recommend this place to anyone. When I was asking about the menu the girl over the intercom was asking me the same question 20 times and more rudely as she asked until the manager took over. Also when I went up to the window to ask for my total and the girl or lady was rolling her eyes at me and was being a complete snob to say the least. As she told me my total I had decided to cancel my order because of the horrible customer service I received and then as I was about to leave and i said sorry for the inconvenience and thank you anyways the manager or whoever the guy was at the window went ahead and slammed the window in my face as he was rolling his eyes and was sighing. Very less than average customer service, slow, messed up my order in more than one way, and disrespectful attitude towards customers. Stop to eat in Ellensburg or Ritzville for food instead of wasting your time and energy at this one in Moses Lake. I had to repeat my order several times to the woman taking it, then drove away without checking to make sure it was right. When I looked in my bag, I was VERY disappointed. Several things with my very clearly given order were incorrect. I had to turn around and head back. Expecting lots of "sorry's" and "we'll make it right", I instead got annoyance from not only 2 of the workers there, but also the manager who wouldn't talk to me face to face. I requested several times some sort of reimbursement for my time and gas spent returning due to their mistake. In the end, the annoyed worker gave me a coupon any Washingtonian gets in the mail anyways. How does that make any of this ok?! I will NOT be returning to this Arby's restaurant and am shocked at the manager not addressing the situation.
