It's located close to the freeway which is nice, it's convenient to get to from the freeway, however the parking lot itself and the drive-thru itself is poorly laid out and inconvenient to get off the main street to get to. We've never had any issues with the food or the service at this location. The drive-thru moves quickly, and the food comes out quickly. The biggest thing that brings this review down for me is one time when we stopped here there was a team member who is very helpful to us. He was super friendly, he helped us get our food, he was nice to my kids, however while we were there the manager came out and really berated him for seemingly no reason. Like inappropriately dressed him down in front of my family and other guests. Even threatening to fire him for what he was doing. It was just super inappropriate, and quite shocking to be frank, especially after he had been so helpful and done a good job in my opinion. So yeah, I will definitely stop at the Moses Lake McDonald's if that's where timing has me stopping for lunch, however just know that although it's convenient to the freeway it's a pain to get in and out of the parking lot in the drive-thru, and know that one of their shift managers is incredibly unprofessional and rude.
