There was only one waitress working and she didn't make us wait too long and was friendly enough. My wife had the biscuits and gravy which was really excellent. They sure know how to make a good biscuit. I had the special, which was a bagel breakfast sandwich, which was pretty good, definitely generous on the bacon which I appreciated. All in all, it's exactly what you'd expect and it's a good stop if you want a home cooked breakfast with some country flavor.

The biscuits were fluffy, but held up to the thick sausage gravy. The flavor was so good and lacked nothing. I also ordered a hot chocolate and it was phenomenal. I have been trying hot chocolate all over Omaha and this is in the running of my top two.. I will drive to the Downtowner just to get a cup of this delicious hot chocolate, it was that good. It's only about 45 minutes away. Perfect for a nice evening ride.
