Yes, it's 11 PM. Yes, they only have two people working the place, but I would suggest save your money if you were kind of in a hurry this RV is at a truckstop the lady in the bad fat lady in the back working super slow like she just don't care she doing more of the drive-through orders and more the dining room orders. I saw like eight drive-through orders go out and all I had was one order one sandwich like this fat lady in the back going super slow and the lady in front taking the orders for the drive-through and the dining room Russian like she ain't got her head screwed all right don't go here. I just said forget it. I'll just told them just keep my sandwich. Go ahead and give my sandwich away to somebody else I don't give a damn fuck them. Food was alrightish. The poor guy at the register was new and the people who assisted him after calling for help numerous times were extremely rude to him. The highchair was filthy and we had our one year old sit at the table instead of using the highchair and the flies were !OUT OF CONTROL! All over the place and my husband was having to swat them off our son and food. read more

Rudest service. I have had at the Ontario arby's. I tried to call the phone number that was on there. That said, if you get rude customer service to call it, I did it didn't work. The little girl's name was Jocelyn. She was so rude to people. And then when she seen me taken the phone number down, she started being a little friendly, but otherwise she was extremely rude. Everybody everybody was standing in line. Nobody was taken in order. Everybody was just to help in the lady or the girl at the drive through f****** ridiculous. There was flys everywhere by the front counter, ordered a coke and the coke machine was out of order which they didn't let us know. Service took awhile while the lady who took our order seemed like she was done with life. Service took awhile and did I mention the flys- oh wait I did but I thought I would say it again because of how bad it was. The workers got things mixed up which made our food take longer, someone else got their food before us that had arrived later. Just as a whole would not recommend even though it was a quick stop on a long drive. Get something else or even just something from the gas station that's connected to it. read more

Popping through, late one night, we find ourslves at this Arby's right at closing time. the gentleman was awesome, and did not close his window early like some of them do. I think his name is Todd, but I'm not certain, but when we came through there last week, he bent over backwards for us at a time when most of their stuff is in the process of being put away and cleaned. I don't give fast-food 5 stars, because there's no way I can give that kind of review to a restaurant and then turn around and give fast-food the same kind of rating, but this guy made an impression, was kind and all 4 of these stars are for him. read more

Staff were friendly. Our fry's were cold and under cooked, could not eat them. Turkey bacon sandwich- everything piled in center of bread and steak gyro was cold . If we weren't back on the road I would have went back and requested new food. read more

Food was wrong, drinks tasted like water, syrup was out. Won't answer phone. Daughter went back for new food and waited for over 30 min and staff was rude, ignoring customers, so several walked out. I had already paid online and went through drive thru and she went back and told to go inside. Refused us new dr peppers even though I poured them out and she had empty unused cups they could have refilled. Then hand my 24 yr old daughter the bag and she got home and opened it and they only replaced one of the two wrong sandwiches even though she took it all back with her. Very upset and so only one of us ate and then too upset to eat. I'd give 0 stars if I could. We usually go there once every couple months to feed 2-4 of us but won't be going back again ever. Food tasted great, employees were friendly and accommodating but giving 3 stars for 3 reasons: 1) Charged for items not received, learned this about 10 min down the freeway so ate it 2) No marinara sauce for present Mozarella sticks or the missing ones that we were charged for 3) Very slow service. If I could give no stars for customer service I would. After 20 min I went to the counter to voice my concerns and was given no explanation other than we've had a lot of orders. I waited another 10 minutes before going back to the counter to make a formal complaint. Grace was at the counter when I told the person who took our order that that I thought the service was very poor and she responded "Maybe I was just a poor customer. I asked for the manager, his name was "Charlie" he acknowledges the slow service but did nothing to address the disrespectful attitude and poor service attitude of Grace's. Based on my observation Charlie has no control of his shift and has obviously not properly trained his staff. Unless you have been marooned for a year eating nothing but coconuts and raw fish, I don't recommend eating here during the Sunday day shift. I cannot attest to the other shifts performance but this one is the worst I've ever seen read more
