I have been eating at this store for years and tonight the Big Mac I got was the final straw. When I got home and opened the box it was a mess. There was so much lettuce in the box I couldn't even see the sandwich. The meat on the top half of the sandwich was about half off the bun. The bottom half of the sandwich had so much lettuce on it that you couldn't tell if there was even meat there. By the time I finally got the sandwich so I could start eating my hands we're covered in the special sauce. I worked my way through college working at a McDonalds and I know they have very high quality standards. This isn't the first time this has happened, but tonight was the worst. There are other place in town to get good sandwiches and that's where I will probably go from now on. read more

I ordered my food online just for my delivery driver to text me letting me know they closed from short staff, I thought since they closed I'd get a refund or my order would get canceled. Ordered and the food was fine but before I left I used the ladies restroom, there were 2 soap dispensers and both were empty. This tells me either the employees did t bother to wash their hands or just used water like I did. Totally unacceptable. Not quite sure why this McDee's gets so much hate. I'm wondering if they are confusing it with the other McDonald's on East Idaho Ave. They do have good days and bad days, but no it's not the fast-food apocalypse up in here. The restaurant is clean. The food is hot and prepared fresh. This is one of Ontario's more consistent fast-food places, and many here are wildly inconsistent. The drive-thru is reasonably fast, and the employees are generally friendly and accommodating, and though I've had one order messed up here, they've quickly corrected it with a minimum of fuss. I've been to a lot of McDonalds between here and Idaho and this place is one of the better ones. The only real complaint I've had with this place is they really need to call the police on the aggressive homeless folks who are sometimes sitting on the tables by the roadside pickup area at night. One guy went full aggro on me for not giving him some change and I'm a really big guy. That takes some guts. read more

I usually don't go this far to write a review because I could care this but this was absolutely so unnecessary. So around 10:30 I ordered a meal and asked to upgrade my soda to a large. The lady that was taking our order had no welcoming customer service voice and was already initially irritated. She said she couldn't upgrade our drink which was fine I really had no problem then we went to pay and that fat bitch had the audacity to say " you didn't have to be rude" which threw me all the way off. I don't put up with disrespect especially when my friends and I didn't deserve it. I will no longer go back to this location. This is the worst McDonald's I've even been to. The girl at the front counter was rude. When we asked for a straw she replied" they are by the soda machine, my husband said they are not she then said yes they are. My husband said read your signs they say due to Oregon law you must ask for a straw. She walked off and someone else had to get him a straw.
