By my standpoint and after reading your reviews, there is evidence that you don't care. To all who dare to enter here: If you have read all the reviews of this place, you'll know I'm not alone. The cashier was sweet and took our orders. Made a mistake. I asked for a redo of a completely wrong order. She apologized and admitted her mistake (would have been easy to spot if they had a board to see what they are entering during the ordering or if they gave you a receipt BEFORE making the order). Manager came out with a huge fat attitude and treated me like I was stupid and like I don't know the difference between chicken and beef. What an awful "person in charge." Nothing was stocked for customers, no salt, pepper, ketchup, ect... just empty metal tubs. I had to open the cupboards to get salt for my cardboard fries. Food went into the trash. We left the dirty restaurant. P.s. Some man who just finished eating in there was bellowing from the bathroom, YIKES! So glad my local DQ isn't as gross as this manager or restaurant. This place was hopping on Saturday night at 9:30. They handled the long lines inside and at the drive through well. Our frozen hot chocolates were made perfectly. My daughter loved the cake pieces in her blizzard. The burger was good and the fries were okay. read more

I have never been to this location before I was out of town and this female employee who has to easily be twice the age as all of her coworker currently working with her at this time .. I asked for her name I was told it "Amanda" but I heard another employee call her Angela, but this employee was extremely rude the moment I came up the register to order my food..If you don't like your job don't stay then.. I order my food though then she asked "anything else" as if my dad wasn't standing next to me and hadn't order yet... he orders & pays then she tells us our order # .. I ask for our receipt just simply so I won't forget the # I know I'm not the only one ! .. My dad grabs our food once the # was called I grab my food eating and the way I was sitting to pay attention to my the group I was with conversation I was "looking" in her direction .. Then, hear & see her laughing with one of her younger male coworker and pointing to the receipts .. She then walks over the receipt to me and the way I purely didn't care for the receipt than nor did that make me want to eat any more of my food.. I continue to visit this place because the wife sometimes wants the Dairy Queen-specific ice cream treats. The place still puts the slow in fast food, but at least it's not as slow as it was. The fries have improved. I can no longer say it's as slow as the Denny's around the corner because the Denny's closed for business. This place may soon follow if they can't make two shakes in less than 15 minutes. read more

I love DQ ice cream or I used to!! Ordered a chocolate milkshake for my mom today and may as well been vanilla. I said something to the window attendant and her response was, "there is chocolate in there." Too bad you couldn't taste it AND it was not a chocolate color. Mom said it tasted vanilla. If I could give zero stars I would. This place has gone down hill fast. I would be very embarrassed to have an establishment like this. Most of the staff we've encountered don't have friendly in their vocabulary. Acting like taking an order is a torturous job. My daughter after 3 times trying to get an ice cream cake, was told the freezer was broke, and they had to wait for a part. Not their fault, I get it. She called today and they told her they have 5 of them. My other daughter drove all the way there, went in and asked for the cake. The gal went to get one and says oh wait guess we don't have any. What a joke! Sat in line for over a half an hour ordered just a fish fillet sandwich extra tartar extra pickle no lettuce. Got my sandwich, drove home which is just around the corner and opened it up. Of course there was lettuce all over it. I don't know what happened to the fish but it was flat. We visited this location and your server gave us a wrong order. We questioned her about it and she became aggressively rude and extremely unprofessional. She refused to get a manager. We asked for a refund. She threw coins at us. We considered calling the police for assault. That employee needs to be fired. We will never visit this location ever again. So I'm confused? When we use to order a combo meal you use to get the drink with it and it even says drink comes with but we ordered a number 5 combo with fries and got no drink. I come here almost every day for my lunch and get the yummy $7 meal deal. The last few days have been bad and today has been the worst of it. I order my meal I get the chicken strips with ranch dip, we'll sometimes I get gravy when I asked for ranch. Today I thought I had got gravy and I usually never ever do this but I called and I made the lady I talk to day worse like mine, and I feel so horrible because she was so sweet. I didn't mean to hang up the phone either my pant leg does that. While on a road trip, we pulled into Dairy Queen to grab what we thought was going to be Dairy Queen that tastes like the Dairy Queen at home. We got our food checked to make sure it was all there and we continued on down the road. Our poor son Took a few bites of his cold hard crunchy burger patty before we told him to stop eating it. He felt bad and thought he needed to eat this inedible meat frisbee! It turned out, the rest of the food was the same. Hard and cold is not how I would describe a cheeseburger. This was something I would expect sitting under a heat light at an all day buffet five minutes before closing. I went to Dairy Queen around 4:30 Monday February 6th and was my getting my usual food which was a 3 piece strip $7 dollar meal with a under the rainbow shake instead of the drink and was met with an attitude when I was simply asking if they could switch out the shake, because what they do when I usually ask this is just charge me the 2 extra dollars for the shake but was being told they couldn't do it at all and as I was making sure and asking are they sure they couldn't do it and was being told with an attitude in quote " like I said I can't replace the drink with the shake unless I have the premium shake button" I had said for this employee to lose the attitude please and the manager had came to the mic saying the employee was doing her job right and everything that her employee was being nice and as I was trying to explain, other employees on a different shift have been able to do that for me and was simply asking why they couldn't do it, and the manager then gave me a nasty attitude as well and talking over me, which is extremely rude and threatening me by saying we have the right to refuse service and kept on telling me that when all I wanted was to replace the shake for a drink and had left TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Would not recommend if you want an attitude with your food which is something I will not stand for. read more

Worst service EVER. The first time I went to this location I spent $30+ once I paid I asked for (1) fry sauce for the corn dogs I ordered and she told me they had to charge me another 27 cents if I wanted one. And the hit was soooo rude about it. The second time I went I waiting 20 mins in the drive thru with 2 cars ahead of me. I ordered 4 blizzards and they barely started making them when I pulled up to the window which I waiting another 10 mins for them! They were out of lids and cup holders. NEVER EVER AGAIN.
