When I told her I had to carry them a distance she kind of huffed and got a carrier for me. We got 2 combo boxes. There weren't any more boxes so our 2 orders were put into 1 bag. 10 items in 1 bag. The tacos were on the bottom and, thanks to the grease not being drained from the meat, the grease ran out of the tacos and soaked thru the bag, allowing s hole to form in the corner of the bag and got grease on our car seat, my shirt(when I carriedeverything to the house), and our tablecloth. The food was stuck to the paper wrapper, burrito not completely folded, soggy greasy tacos, and definitely not worth the money. I grew up on Taco Bell but I think we're done with it. And I'll probably not get any response from this review because it's obvious the management doesn't care about their products or customers.

One girl stepped around the corner every few minutes, looked around for two seconds, and went back into the kitchen area. We watched a customer wait at the counter for over 5 minutes before anyone working there came out to serve him. We also witnessed one customer have to come back to the counter 4 TIMES because of mess ups with his order. And hey, we're all human so if they had handled it properly with sincere apologies, that'd be one thing. But the only girl that would pop out from the back every once in a while acted as if everyone needing something was a burden. Her customer service skills- ZERO. For a newly renovated place, every single table was filthy- and it wasn't like they were packed. My husband and I were the only customers inside. All in all- this place has completely lost its personable touch. All the touch screens, the lack of personnel, feeling like we're a total burden- zero stars across the board.
