Not everyone wants to have a conversation with every customer and people just need to realize that. The place is pretty organized and I love that each spool of fabric has their price on it. While I came for the quilting cotton, I left with a completely different find... I purchased several yards of ripstop nylon for a future DIY stuff sack or lightweight outdoor pouch. The store is so, so large but honestly impressively organized, even with *huge* rolls of fabric everywhere. I loved that they have a public restroom (always a plus when fabric shopping turns into fabric hunting). The prices were excellent and the staff was helpful.
