Had a repair job for a chair. Jose did a great job, was fair in price and delivered on time.

Jose and his team repaired a two part, L-shaped banquette for us. There were two tears in the vinyl fabric. The foam had weakened, and the springs in one section were having problems (sinking, squeaking). They pretty much took that section down to the studs and rebuilt it! Based on the photos, I thought for sure it would take at least a few weeks. But they turned it around in 8 days, from pickup to delivery. When they brought it in, my reaction was "wow....that looks perfect!". It was like brand new. In fact, it was better than brand new, because Jose replaced the "rubber band" spring connectors with a much stronger material. And on top of all that, the price including pickup and delivery was very reasonable compared to the estimates I got from 2 other highly rated reupholsterers. So glad I made one more call to R Upholstery. Highly recommend. read more

Called about 15 times total over a 7 day period the guy who answered asked me to take photos and send them to him & he said he would get back to me. He didn't respond to any of my emails I called to remind him that I'm waiting on a quote and he said "well I just don't know" I said $100 maybe $1,00 gimme any ballpark I said I can come in and pick the fabric out and he said let me just call you back, he never called back, so instead of me giving up 3 days later I called just to see if maybe someone else would be working but nope I got the same guy :( and he just said yes I did get your email and the measurements but almost didn't sound interested in helping me at all I even asked if another worked could help me and he said he was the only worker there for the week I said oh that's too bad I would really like to fix my end table, he just said well I'll call you back.
