Today is the second time we drove to this ARC and surprisingly it was closed with hand written signs. They need to let customers know in advance when these construction projects will close them. For whatever reason, staff at this particular store feel comfortable raising their voice at customers. It might be when you try and donate, don't get any direction and accidentally choose the wrong random box to set stuff down. It could be if you miss the arbitrary hour they randomly decide to close the fitting rooms on a slow night. Or both! With so many Arcs to pick from in this area, skip this one. Extremely deceitful. While storing my item behind the counter until I checked out, the staff decided to re-ticket my item. The supervisor called us liars and told us she can do whatever she wants'. When I say re-ticket i don't mean from $5-20 I mean from $60 to $175. So unfortunate to be treated this way and find so much dishonestly at a corporation that is supposed to be for a good cause. Go donate to a cause that treats their donors better. read more

Pricing is great..especially books! All clerks are helpful and friendly! We are seniors so we get discounts quite often. Store id well-organized and so easy to find your size! Stop in and have a look Only downside is traffic in the parking lot at times is kinda puzzling. read more

Outrageously high priced for dirty junk. Over $8 for a used scarf. Dresses are $15 and up for used polyester Shein. I am so disappointed in Arc. Service is slow and unpredictable. read more

I shop at the Arc thrift store multiple times a month. Usually it's later in the evening and the night staff is extremely friendly. Even when I come in later they take the time to show me things in the case never making me feel rushed. The staff is knowledgeable about their products, and will even help me try and find that special something, but I've been looking for. Kate always greets me by name, and always has something nice to say. Although, sometimes crowded, I constantly see the staff cleaning and straightening up the aisles. Keeping the store, clean and organized for the guest. The donation drop off is easy, and there's always someone there to help you. They even have a food donation area, helping local food banks. read more

Large with lots of things to look through. Great book section. Not much in the art section, but housewares and furniture had a great selection with some quality finds. The women's clothing section was a little confusing with how things were organized, but I was still able to find some nice items. The staff was friendly and very helpful. read more

My best friend got accused of stealing when she left to go get my cell phone that I left in her car. I was in the building. She was not stealing nor did she have a purse or anything on her when she was accused of stealing when she returned to the store 2 minutes later! It's really ridiculous. My best friend was truly upset that she was thought to be a theif. She even said the people could check her car! Then another worker ran up and said 'no, no. It's not her.' My wife and I are regulars every Saturday at this Arc but after today we will no longer go here. Today, my wife was sexually assaulted by an elderly man at the store. The manager, Tammy Forbes did not believe that my wife was groped because the man "looked like he had sense" and assumed he did no wrong. My wife left crying and I had to discuss the situation with Tammy and she didn't care. I am disappointed and disgusted at what the man did and how the manger handled it. Tammy mentioned that the cameras wouldn't show the assault so she could only believe the man's side of the story. I only hope that Arc trains its employees on how to to handle situations like this and not blame the victim. What if this was a kid? What if it was another man or woman? How would Arc respond to this? I will never go there again. read more

Traumatic day. I waltz into the Arc hoping to find a few shirts. I stroll past the skirt section and catch a whiff of something gnarly. I don't find any suitable shirts, and on top of that, I can't find the bathroom. I catch an employee and ask him to please locate the bathroom. Im walking towards the bathroom and I hear a fit of laughter. I scan my surroundings and make eye contact with a woman who promptly starts screaming racial slurs. I come closer, and I notice a name tag that says Tammy. Won't be returning. read more

Incredibly disappointed. I never leave reviews, but I felt one was needed with my experience. I walk in, everything was fine, I'm looking through women's skirts, smell something awful, I look around and only see a woman with a name tag that I later found out read Tammy. I further investigate to find the smell, which leads me to the floor, where I discover a fucking turd. A human sized turd. I glaucoma walk up to the woman and confront her, I catch her name, she stares at me, and shuffles away. Revolting. Rudest staff I've ever encountered in my life. I came in and immediately saw a sign saying no backpacks. I had a small one that's really no bigger than any purse I would carry and the store associate gave me the biggest attitude. Before I could even turn around the store associate yelled at me. I've been in other stores that don't allow backpacks and instead they just offer to hold your stuff at the counter. This associate just offered no solution and was beyond rude making a face at me and yelling at me. So I promptly turned around and left and I'm happy to go to literally any other thrift store where the workers aren't assholes. I get it if you have a theft problem, I've worked in retail. But if you're treating every customer in a hostile and accusatory manner literally the moment they walk in, that's really unfair and it's going to make a lot of loyal customers stop going to your store. Btw, they disabled their google reviews. I'm guessing because plenty of people are having negative experiences with how they treat their customers. read more

You never know what you will find here which I like. However they offer discounts for senior citizens and other groups of people but not for military like most other thrift stores. Don't see why if they offer discounts to all other groups of people why they couldn't throw military in there as well. For that....2 stars. read more
