The staff was very efficient when going through my items. They accept items during all opening hours which is a welcome change from other consignors in the area. The process is actually pretty simple and streamlined. They also offer payouts electronically or with a check. I didn't purchase anything as my intent when going in was to reduce the items in my closet rather than add to them, but from what I saw they had a nice variety of sizes and styles of clothing, from vintage to modern. They do have women's and men's clothing as well. Prices were reasonable. I will definitely be back to consign clothes in the future!

They have specials on the weekend sometimes where you can get a 50% off coupon. Watch for sales and specials. It seems like when they get corporate buyouts you can get some really sweet deals on almost brand new things. It is a little dingy, dusty and creepy feeling sometimes though as it is located next to the railroad tracks... i've been back a few times and have not found the selection of the corporate buyout items like I did two years ago, but maybe I am just not timing my visits right. The Denver store does seem to be the best one as compared to the Wheat Ridge and Aurora location. Happy shopping!

I couldn't hold an item up for more than a second without being asked to take it to a fitting room, then when I needed help buttoning a dress was told for safety they can't have anyone in the fitting room with me. When I walked out with multiple things I was going to buy they then took and counted my hangers while being very over the top about it. Made me want to leave with nothing. I've sold her a dozen times and bought from here a dozen more. This isn't staff I've usually worked with and they really changed the whole vibe of the store from great to unwelcoming. So many pieces are like new, but at less than half the original price. It is right off of Ken Caryl not far from C 470. The owners are friendly and happy to answer questions. The furniture is very organized, sometimes arranged into room configurations or groups of the same (like bar stools or counter chairs.) There are also decorative items like paintings, photographs and wall hangings. The prices are set when something comes in at about half the original value with markdowns for wear and tear. The price goes down each month if the item doesn't sell. I think it's a good way to do it.....I've got my eye on some things!

I donate here pretty regularly and it's very frustrating. Usually I will e-mail first to make sure…read morethey will accept my donation and a lot of times they won't. But over the years I've donated thousands of dollars worth of stuff here. So i came in today with some small items which they generally accept. They took it all except they wouldn't take a couple nice mirrors i brought them because "they might break". I was then given the oh so generous offer of donating a few dollars and they'd throw them away for me. I left there with a really bad taste in my mouth. Again. After years of donating here the fact of the matter is that they are ungrateful. Not what I am after when donating to a charity.
