Personalized tutoring available. The Head of the school Mr. Jim Zwers, Dean Sikica Feldman, Elly Lago and the rest of the Staff go beyond the ordinary to make sure all students are happy, learning and having the best school experience ever. The school is very supportive of the personal goals of each student, guiding them in that direction so they can accomplish their goals. My granddaughters have learned not only academics but social skills and athletic training with the Knights cheerleading team. The holistic approach to education of CAI is brilliant preparing these students for life becoming the best version of themselves, ready to be successful in our society and contributing as a member of a group. I highly recommend this school.

My daughter runs on a pretty intense schedule and to me that is a very high plus point. In the adult world where you have big dreams and goals, you need to be set up with education, discipline and persistence. You need to know how to be part of a group and a team member. I truly believe that this school will set her up in life. And I have to give a shout out to Julie the cheer coach. She has a huge job. I see that. But what she's providing to these girls is a a wonderful activity where they are winning. My daughter is so proud to show me her routine as she learns, she's so proud to have her cheer uniform and is sooooo excited to perform. As a mother it fills me with utter joy to dress her up and watch her perform. I'm so thankful that the school and its staff are all there creating this environment. And as far as the previous negative review. It is old and nothing like what I experience. Moving here from California, I needed fast response and assistance in getting my kids enrolled. The school staff were there for me. I needed something addressed, I waiting less than 5 minutes to speak with the Dean directly. My daughter takes flowers from home to her teacher and that to me is a great indicator she's happy.

Like really, my original copy from going to college in 2011 with the official stamp from Ohio is not good enough. Snooty, stuckup douchebags who want to discriminate against people. There are always events and fun things to do on campus. The cafe is different than the one at the tarpon campus...actually both are different and unique in their own ways. As for this cafe, the staff is so friendly. Its usually the same two student workers each week, so I have gotten yo know them over the years. The espresso is amazing! Get a double shot and you are set for 4 hours. They even top it off with vanilla cappuccino for yummy taste! Best thing is the chicken tenders and fries. Once they weren't cooked to perfection and they gave me a brand new dinner free to my perfection! The cafe closes at 7pm so if you have a late class, get there before the end so you can get your deliciousness. I can't wait to finish school so I can proudly represent as SPC alumni!

At first I felt excited and nervous, just because it's a new experience for me.However, Nicole, Blake, Megan & even Ms. Ivann made me feel so welcome! I joined in on a culinary class based on sauces, stocks and soups and the guests did an amazing job. The concept of the volunteer is to guide the guests & just be a kind person in their culinary journey This venue is breathtaking, the kitchen is awesome and the knowledge you gain is so worth the experience. I will definitely be back to volunteer again! The guests made: mac and cheese, green bean casserole, kale soup & an awesome salad with the veggies sourced from their own garden Please take a class! I know i definitely want to!

Ever since Publix Aprons Cooking School closed, I've been looking for a cooking school that has fun adult classes. The Kitchen House has just started a monthly "book club" called Plot to Plate where they feature a book that relates to or includes recipes. This month was Lessons in Chemistry so my friends and I decided to attend. We bought our tickets in advance as classes can sell out. The classes are different prices depending on what the class is. The house is in a residential neighborhood in College Park and does not have a dedicated parking lot so I would suggest getting there early as you have to find a spot along the street. When we arrived, we were greeted and given a welcome drink, in this case Cardamom Decaf Coffee because it was cold out. One of the instructors said that normally we would walk the garden at the beginning of class and also eat outdoors but since it was cold, we were going to skip the garden and eat inside. Once everyone arrived (cooking classes can have up to 20 people), we met in the lobby to start talking about different themes of the book. Then it was time to wash up and go to the kitchen. All the ingredients were set out for us and we picked the Veggie Pot Pie table with other attendees. The instructor gave us some knife skills lessons and then we all started cooking, using the recipes at our station. Each station makes one recipe so you don't get to make everything. And, the instructors and volunteers don't show you how to make everything first (like Publix Aprons used to do). But, if you just dig in and start going, it is a lot of fun. We had some questions along the way, like is there a spatula we can use? Or, is this the flour or the cornstarch? The volunteers were great and answered everything in a friendly way. As it said you could do in the welcome email we received before the class, some folks brought their own wine and the Kitchen House provided glasses and would pour for you. I think if we go back, we would definitely bring our own wine. My friends and I made the drop biscuits for the Veggie Pot Pie, which were surprisingly easy to make. We were finished early so we also make the Brownies for dessert that used olive oil and maple syrup instead of butter and sugar. When everyone was done cooking, we gathered in the lobby again while the volunteers cleaned and set up the table for dinner. Then, it was time to eat! Dinner was served buffet style and the Kitchen House split our food for people who had different dietary restrictions. For example, some of the recipes used non-dairy alternatives as some people in the class were lactose intolerant and one person had a mushroom allergy so they got a small spinach gallette instead of the mushroom Gallette for everyone else. As we sat down to eat, we discussed the book more in depth. Everything tasted great and we had a wonderful time. We received all the recipes in an email after the class so we could make the foods at home. I will definitely be looking at other adult classes here.

They are absolutely no good. first lessons went swimmingly, by the time the test came, we had driven all the way to the DMV only to find out they scheduled us for the wrong day. They assured me they will have an instructor for my schedule (then turned out it's nearly impossible for them and I had one class every 2 weeks). I was patient and made 3 out of 4. The 4th one didn't happen due to their issue and my instructor told me to call the lady in the office to reschedule. She couldn't reschedule it sooner than 2 months. I asked her for a refund and she promised to call back. Never did. When I called her back and repeated the situation again very nicely (which I regret even trying to be nice to her). Cher goes with a nasty "so what?" In a very rude manner. She repeated it again after I explained it one more time. I've got my money back but the overall feeling from this unprofessional behaviour ruined the whole experience. Honestly disgusting and they should invest some time into educating their employees about customer service and basic manners such not texting customers at 10pm. My instructor Cortland was amazing tho. He does a great job and is very nice. Wanted to book more classes but this lady..never again. She needs somebody to communicate with her on her level and it's not gonna be me.
