At that time, I was told the person responsible hadn't communicated anything until I called again. I was then asked if this project was a priority--which it absolutely is. Unfortunately, I was informed that they were not interested in working on my labels, which feature a Black woman with locs. As a small business owner, I believe every project deserves respect and timely communication, regardless of size. This experience gave the impression that small businesses are not a priority for this company. Additionally, there was no accountability or even a simple apology for the communication issues. Based on this, I would not recommend this company.

Building shares the parking lot with the Sentara emergency room. Medical staff is superb. Dr. Booth is retired Air Force and provides professional straight forward care. His nurses and assistants are also always pleasant and professional. The male receptionist however on several occasions performed like a fish out of water. He couldn't answer general questions, didn't know which doctors had office hours on a day I visited and just generally hasn't been at all helpful.
