Amazingly we were able to save the disgusting blue carpet. Everything was absolutely shockingly clean when he was done. I would even walk barefoot through the room (once it's completely dry) after he was done. Please understand the carpet was disgustingly terrible & we truly thought it was going to have to be replaced (at our expense in a building we're renting) but Josh with 45-Clean Carpets saved the carpets & our budget. I called back to try to let them know that the time they said they had available wouldn't work for me, therefore they could have that be open for other people. I called back once no answer. I put my phone back in my pocket and accidentally called them again (oops I'm sorry) I did call back again later and unknown to them, the phone answered. I could here in the background the receptionist or a worker then talk about my situation... more like complain. So.. don't worry, I won't be calling again and you don't have to worry about doing business with me. I will take my business and the two friends of mine who also just moved into a home else where.

I have a baby and It was so inconvenient for me to wait inside my empty ready to move out apartment waiting. My husband called and they said to wait 20 minutes, seriously? The man finally gets here and literally walks in the apartment like nothing I have no idea how he unlocked the door literally just walked in my apartment without introducing himself or anything of course I'm going to be scared me being inside alone with my baby I literally just looked at him like "okay?" And still didn't bother to introduce or at least say I'm the carpet guy something nothing just looked back at me like if I'm crazy. Then he literally just said " I'm going to measure the apartment " I said "okay, I'll be in my car " of course I'm not staying inside alone with my baby and a stranger . Then he comes to me giving me the estimate and that's fine no problem with us we'll pay it but then he proceeds to say we have to pay it before he starts the job because we might leave without paying; SERIOUSLY?! I honestly felt very offended. Whatever, he texted his boss Sue and started the job immediately after that. But what really bothered me is that the reason why he was late was because his boss Sue forgot about our appointment at 2pm and she had to ask him to come do it because it wasn't even his job since he was training or on demo or something like that, that seriously threw me off. So unprofessional and I don't blame him he was very kind aside from everything else. We tried calling and apparently the hours on their website are false which is false advertisement (we called at about 3pm)their voicemail says one thing and the website another. I just wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. I will make sure I post this review in every website possible to make sure potential customers look elsewhere and save their time and all the trouble.

We went and bought a Hoover carpet cleaner after Alaska Floor Care came and did their cleaning because the floors didn't look or smell good and spots came back and the amount of dirty water that came up was disgusting. I was recently out of my home because of smoke damage. I hired Taylor's Restoration for smoke…read moredamage restoration of my personal property. They did a good job cleaning out my house and putting stuff in boxes. But they did a terrible job cleaning my items. All they did was put the furniture Through the ozone machine and did not clean my big furniture. I recently bought a new bedroom set and now it all smells like smoke. I have buckets of shoes and jackets outside for 2 weeks trying to air out but it won't come out. My coach purses are ruined. My table and chairs were not cleaned. My subwoofer was broken, bed handles were pulled so hard it tore, and my king hutch leg is gone. I believed in them, and they did me wrong. They didn't answer my emails back. They had all my stuff for 2 months. I would not recommend them. There's other companies out there that can help you with fire restoration. If anyone asked for a recommendation I would not recommend Taylor's. I still haven't heard a response from them. I asked Mat to come to my house to see the items that were broke. And the stuff that still smells like smoke, but no answer back. Now they told my insurance adjuster they are done with my house. Ahh no they are not. Daisy told my husband that this is a trial to see if it works (the ozone machine) if it doesn't to call her back. Well it didn't work and my stuff still smells like smoke. I gave them a chance to come back to my house to fix it, but they didn't want to. So please go with another company there is different companies out there, but make sure you look at reviews.

I am horrified at the men who have been sent to repair my home. It has taken two months to repair…read morewater damage (we have been without lights in the middle of winter that whole time). They consistently show up with no notice in the mornings after I am done working night shifts and expect us to wake up and move everything out of their way. I have been laying in bed asleep with no clothing on and they have barged into my room like it is a construction site, no knocking and I have had to ask them to let me get dressed and leave the room, and they act like it's an inconvenience to then that Im not on the same schedule as them when a simple phone call would've prevented the mess. I will be calling their manager and letting him know such atrocious people are representing his company.
