He missed several big and obvious things that cost us a lot of money. The 1500.00 we paid him was completely wasted. The first thing, he described a sensor on the garage door as operational, but there wasn't even a sensor on the system, and the spring was on the verge of breaking to the point the movers wanted it propped up before they would move things into the garage. There were also several electrical shorts due to squirrells chewing on the lines, which would have been obvious had he turned on these lights involved, but he obviously didn't. His sloppy and inadequate inspection cost us thousands of dollars, and afterward, wouldn't even return our calls. Completely inadequate and unprofessional. Don't waste your money.
