We tried the Italian sandwich and the fries with their special sauce. The Italian sandwich is an Italian hot dog topped with bruschetta, and it was a solid 10/10. Absolutely incredible. The fries were cooked in beef tallow, perfectly seasoned, and paired so well with the sandwich. We will definitely be back to try the burgers. On top of the top-notch food, the owner was amazing. The staff are super friendly and were cracking jokes, smiling, and overall brought a great vibe to the fair. The burger was pretty good, cooked to a good temperature with a nice bun, good amount of cheese and toppings. The burger did have a bit of a weird aftertaste sort of like a meatloaf flavor. I am a burger naturalist so maybe they had some spices outside just salt and pepper or something which threw me off a bit, but it was still a nice, juicy burger!
