The design of this truck draws you right over. I love everything about it. I wasn't sure if there was anything I could eat because I try to stay away from fried foods. They had grilled chicken which we got on the Hawaiian sandwich. It was messy and had a great taste. I love a pineapple salsa. The service was good. They had someone taking orders and someone handing out finished food. One thing we really liked was the hand wipe underneath the food paper. It was great to be able to wash off sticky fingers especially since we ate at a food truck fair. read more

This food truck was at Unmapped Brewery in Minnetonka. They have a very friendly crew on the truck. Their menu has baskets with chicken tenders, wings, sandwiches, etc. Ordered the 5 chicken tender basket which comes with waffle fries. Very good and you can choose different sauces to go with it. It's a lot of food. We got the mother clucker sauce and some ranch. So good! They have a large number of sauces that they make to go with the chicken. As an afterthought, I got a small container of their hottest sauce - "out of your clucking mind". This sauce is beyond hot. This is hotter than Harry Singh's! Anyway, don't get that hot sauce but everything else is good, and great with beer. It's really a 5 star food truck. read more

There are NO words (well actually there is since I'm writing a review lol) but after stalking this food truck since it opened and never getting the chance to try them I finally found them today at the Anoka Food Truck Festival. Even tho there was 50 different food trucks I picked this and only this. My Husband and I shared a chicken sandwich and tenders. Phenomenal!! I get a little paranoid with Chicken as some tend to be chewy and fatty. Even tho the tenders are big they are very good and no chew chews as I call them. The sandwich was my husbands top and favorite chicken sandwich ever. Both left us very full and satisfied. I also loved the waffle fries and finally a larger portion of dipping sauce. I hate when places skimp on dips!! Will def track them down again!! read more

I've seen this food truck for a while at different places and made the time to jump in line and get some of their amazing food. I got the basket with their mother clucker sandwich. I had an extra hot and had it with fries and coleslaw on the side. It had a really good topping on the chicken and then the sauce was also very good and tasty and spicy. Above the chicken and sauce was a nice smattering of pickled kimchi style vegetables. All topped off with a very buttery hot bun. The sandwich is so good I'm sure next time I see the food truck I'll stop and wait in line no matter how long it takes me to get my food. read more

Solid food truck choice. You can choose your heat level. I ordered medium and it had a little kick but not too spicy. Mother Clucker -Crispy hand-breaded chicken tossed in MN honey hot sauce, topped w/ B&B slaw on a buttery brioche bun. The slaw was very good and the bun held up nicely. Had while the truck was at Bad Weather. Staff were friendly, and even though it seems like there is sort of a lot to choose from it was easy to order. The wings were great, both sauces were excellent and I would have again anytime. The fries were just meh. I love a waffle fry but these had a sort of curly fry breading that I didn't enjoy. They provide ketchup and another sauce for the fries and the other sauce was tasty. Felt a bit on the expensive side for $21 to get 6 wings and fries. Visited this food truck at the St. Paul Food Truck Festival. The food was amazing (pro tip: find the trucks with the longest lines, there's a reason). As I was waiting I got a chance to talk to the owner and some of the staff and they were super friendly. The food was really good. I mean extremely good. They've got a ton of variety and the wings and tenders and sauces are wonderful. They travel around the Minneapolis/St. Paul area a lot and they're worth the drive and chasing them down. read more

First heard about this food truck just the other day. New and has won all sorts of awards. Yesterday it happened to be at my local brewpub in Glen Lake - Unmapped - so we rounded up the family and gave it a try. Wow! Ordered a number of different things including various chicken sandwiches as well as the chicken tenders. Winners all around. We were amazed at how good the food was from a simple little food truck.
