Its either they really do not listen OR they did it on purpose. When i told the lady to please repeat back to not cut the burrito, she had replied with, "OK." I love their orange blossom and anise sesame buns, pan de feria, and conchas. The chicharrones are always on the deli counter and you grab your own with some tongs.
