Anyway, here we go, I will get the ball rolling and be the first to review them. I was fortunate to have the owner of the roofing company who replaced our roof recommend Tony from James Painting. He gave me his contact info and it was easy to set up an estimate. He came out at the agreed upon time and gave us an estimate that seemed straight-forward and honest. We were happy with the price and relieved that he didn't come across shady or money hungry. He was flexible when it came to scheduling a date to start work since I had to wait for the roofer who had quite a few jobs ahead of me and Tony just asked me to let him know when I had a better idea when the roof would be done so we could schedule the paint after. He and his crew were good about cleaning up after each of the three days that they worked and we were happy with the finished product. He was accommodating to our request to paint the doors with an accent color that wasn't part of the original estimate at no additional cost. I highly recommend using this company to paint your house. Good prices, good work, and easy to deal with!

Did a prime on exposed new wood before the rain. Really needed that big time before rain. We got to the day of painting the whole exterior (less the facia -- I did that, and think I did a nice job, so not needed) and they got right on it. They did prep patch work that was supreme. Now I do not need to get the whole house re-stucco'd on the finish coat -- he saved me thousands here. I stayed on the computer and out of their way. I had a couple of small requests on a few things, and Tony was open to the requests with no attitude. Very pleasant people here. Not pushy at all. That is big with me. If a contractor is crappy and has attitude -- the deal is shut down with me. Like I say nice experience with them. My paint under the eaves and the stucco walls/trim area came out great due to nice prep work and attention to details. Nice to get great service. I have had alot of bad service through the years in Corona, and it is a huge relief to get a contractor like James and his son Tony. I am a HVAC retired contractor and this business get high marks. No drama, and no games. Just a straight shooter with great hustle. A joy to have over and do work. EDIT/UPDATE -- found a bubble area that was missed, Tony and Father James came out and did a fantastic job re-working the area. They really do stand behind their work. Very good. By far, reaching out to Trademark was the easiest. Mike responded right away! Not everyone I've dealt with is on time or promptly arrives when it's time to work the way they have. I was very nervous about picking paint colors and absolutely listened to the recommendation of their foreman Robert when he suggest that I paint the brick a darker color than the main house, rather than paint the brick white which is what I initially wanted. I can't tell you how happy I am that I listened to him, or how kind he was through the whole process. Not only that, but he took the color on the door and added it into a small area above my garage which ended up being perfect. Beyond making my house beautiful (because they certainly did!), they also took the time to seal it up with buckets of caulking before painting it since my house is old and had gaps between the wood, brick, and stucco. They also cleaned up after themselves, even sweeping out my patio and arranging the patio furniture when they were done. I rarely leave comments, but in this case - how could I not? Fast forward again to April 2024, we had a leak in the water line and required a re-pipe and if you done one of these your home goes through a demolition and there are holes in the walls and ceiling drywalls in just about every room.
