After hiring a handyman who did a terrible paint job and used the wrong paint on our exterior house, I needed someone to fix the disastrous state he left the house in. The paint has bubbled up and was falling off in chunks aftter only a couple of months. He also left a mess on the ground. I called the owner, Sunny, and she came out the same day. Her price was good and she even included the paint in the quote. She had someone out the next day, who scraped and sanded the old paint off. I'm going to start this off by saying I was extremely skeptical about using yelp to find painters. I like going by personal references but I read the great reviews for bright painting and decided to give them a call. Sunny was extremely friendly and very accommodating, she showed up on time and very professional. She gave us an estimate and answered all of the questions we had. I have never hired a painter before so I had a ton. She gave us a price and estimated start date, later on that day she sent me an invoice for the estimate. After going back and forth and comparing a million different painters we decided to go with Bright painting based on their prices and amazing customer service. We called up Sunny and she gave us a timeline and helped us narrow down our colors. Sunny even came by with sample paint and painted swatches to help us compare our top picks. Once we selected our colors sunny gave us a start date and we were off to the races. Sunny and her team came first thing in the morning and began prepping the house and taping everything off. All of the workers were very friendly and greeted us as they were working. The next day a majority of the painting started and the team worked quickly and efficiently. As another reviewer stated it was extremely refreshing to see Sunny and her husband working alongside their employees to get the job done. Sunny was there the entire time to answer and questions we had and correct any issues that came up. Sunny and her husband even stayed behind after the crew left to fix any issues and make sure we were extremely satisfied.
